"Phreesia was very helpful when it came to checking the patient in when they arrived, keeping up with medical records and forms that the patient have to filled out at the time of check in."

"The customization, service, and ease of access it has created for our patients to complete forms/registration prior to visit to then allow us more time with the patient."

"Completely streamlined the patient experience from reminder calls, Kiosk service for self check in, converted all our patient documents to digital format, allowed for online portal payments and have allowed us to create custom patient satisfaction surveys for our patients."

"The link with Office Practicum is lacking, the card reader is antiquated, the customer service is cocky, annoying and absolutely convinced all the reason why something is wrong is your fault. "

"There were some things lacking in regards to the payment interface that made it a little inconvenient for our practice and the tablets are a little archaic"

"They do not have an estimator tool. Because of this I have to use 2 different vendors on the front end."
