About Picasso

Doc-tor.com provides cloud-based solutions for the medical industry. It offers a range of applications including Electronic Health Records, Practice Management, Medical Billing, Patient Scheduling and more. It supports a variety of medical specialties such as Anesthesiology, Dermatology, General Practitioners, and Optometry.

Picasso Community is a suite of patient engagement and social tools that allow users to communicate and collaborate with their patients. Users can also engage with patients from anywhere through a mobile patient portal. Patient portal allows patients to get in touch with doctors, access clinical records, request appointments and pay bills online. Reporting system allows users to download various reports such as performance metrics, accounts receivable, payments and adjustments reports.

The solution offers monthly pricing subscription plan based on the number of providers. Post-implementation, support and training are available both on-site and via phone.

Pros:

This product was very user friendly. Easy to run reports to ensure office was Medicare compliant with meaningful use. As the office manager this was my number one concern. Vendor very helpful in guiding our company through the process of switching from paper charts to e-charts. Frequent updates and improvements to software.

Cons:

Some issues with spell check. As well as issues with finding some medications on the system.

Pros:

I like the ease of use and the vendor's availability. From the demo to the implementation process, dealing with Doc-tor.com's Picasso has been a pleasure. There is always a person to talk to; the support group is fantastic! Scanning is simple and easy. There are so many reports available on the system; there are a lot more than our old system. I love the Dragon voice integration, and the notes come out perfect every time! We would definitely recommend Doc-tor.com and Picasso.

Cons:

They do not provide hardware or networking, although they did refer us to some excellent options.
