They are keen to listen and let you know they are making changes, but the role out is extremely slow and slightly disappointing following the long wait.

But support is excellent so that really helps with the initial hurdle.

Limited functions available on the calendar - cannot view single day of the week for multiple weeks.

Difficulty uploading my stationary template, problems writing letters in the style I choose (it’s confusing).

I also use the integrated Stripe and Medicare functions for processing payments and Medicare rebates. My clients love that their rebate turns up the next day without them needing to contact Medicare.

I have really liked it, it's been easy to use and updated reasonably regularly with good updates.

Power Diary provides us with a great calendar system, sms reminders for client appointments, financial management of client invoices all covered as is link to Stripe.

For a small private practice it's great to be able t add multiple users and write our progress notes straight in the one place.

The support is second to none, I received two hours of one-to-one free training with the option of more if needed. I think it's priced perfectly too and will grow in line with our practice.

Powerdiary is very colourful and has a great layout which makes it easy to use. I love how you can have different colours for different services.

I love Power Diary and use it everyday, it integrates well with my phone calender and has all the features I need to run my Reiki business.

However, it does remain a very restrictive platform with multiple irritating imperfections.

It is so simple to use as well and there are always new features being added. Customer support are also fabulous when you need a hand with something.

Best aspects are integration with Medicare and Stripe.

PD gives me all this plus insights, trends and the ability to view my business from every angle, and help inform direction and investment.

Cost of the SMS messages, that I didn't start it earlier, it's hard to find fault with it.

A wide range of features to help with running a health practice including integrated telehealth. Online forms are a great feature that helps with saving time and makes this process easier for clients.

I think it's best to be honest with reviews and so I am generally quite critical but I can wholeheartedly recommend Powerdiary and don't have anything negative to say at all.

I dislike that I have my calendar set up in 30min timeslots so I have to scroll to view the entire day.

The benefits to my practices are innumerable. The product and the fabulous customer service support provided, reduce administrative hours and angst and also provide multiple positives and benefits.

If they have  the business to support the need, this is a great first step.

I have a hard time Seeing my credit card charges that I pay , and i cannot figure out how to change my routing information. So some things could be designed clearer.

I have really enjoyed processing with Vagaro and the user friendly interface. I also love how my clients get emails and text reminders before their appointments.

So completely useless for my business and a total waste of time trying to set up. This should be a big warning before you sign up.

NOTES:  I like this section it's comprehensive to different professions. The medical note section is helpful for massage therapists and other medically oriented professions.

Very poor I feel ripped off by their illegal refund policies. They ripped me off for $700 even though I never once used the service.

The price point is great. I love the ability to do payroll, run reports and credit card processing all in one place.

Like I mentioned before they have such amazing support, and training videos, and how to articles. It's incredibly user friendly.

I loved the marketing tools. The website builder and the access to easy use SOAP notes is what sold this to me, in addition to the pricing.

Forced to have to buy gift cards that are expensive to purchase through them. Charges for the visa use was more expensive then my bank charges.

There was no comparison. My favorite things about vagaro is the amazing customer service, ease of use, and the ability to use on both desk top and mobile devices.

Sometimes the card reader doesn't connect which is really frustrating because then I have to enter the credit card information by hand and get charged more. That's extremely frustrating.

It is easy for me to use and I do enjoy the lay out of it all. Customer support is great as well.

I love how easy it is to manage my accounting through Vagaro. Booking and Merchant services are easy and affordable.

They continue to update and improve it all the time, and have very good live customer service, which is so important when there is an issue that needs immediate attention.

Sometimes it's difficult to find what I'm looking for. That can be frustrating when I'm with a client.

They LOVE having the ability to see their schedules from the personal smart phone/ tablet when they aren't at work. Our client's LOVE their texting reminders.

The websites we can create are professional and super easy to create. Add ons like shopping cart to your website are inexpensive and easy to turn on/off at any time...I have done so, many times.
