The support are very helpful friendly and nice. They really help me when I was learning billing. they were very patient and ready to help at all time. #### Cons When I commit a mistake like enteed the wrong date of service and it s already billed, if I make corrected ckaim i have to create a ticket for them to change it. I can see how for a direct medical practice this system would work very well. For a chiropractic clinic such as our own, it is functional.
