The reporting and the Billing Department is by far its strength. Started with GRS in Feb 2018.

Familiar with Epic, VA system, Care360, and this by far the worst I've encountered. No integration or support for Mac or iPad.

Once you develop the template it is easy to use.

The customer support is great and knowledgeable and our Customer Experience Mangers are awesome and very patient with us.

This is an integrated product with many business partners to rely on. We use the Dell cloud for our system which is has great reliability for access and download speed.

Very expensive to get a new user added, especially being a small group practice. Being charged a lot of money for monthly maintenance.

Overall product support is poor, and god forbid you need them when a problems arises. Updates break the system from Windows, Greenway, and other standard 3rd party applications.

The e-prescribing is cumbersome and time consuming, again, this may be a training issue as it was barely touched on because of all the other problems.

Overall, the product is well thought out for all areas - from check-in to check-out, billing, payments, and denials.

We have been clients since 2004 and have been very pleased. As our practice has grown, we continue to appreciate Greenway/Primesuite.

The market place is where you leave your problems. I log onto it and let them know what is not working for me.

PrimeSuite is user friendly, reliableand secure for any healthcare provider. Also, it is cost effective.

If it is not escalated, prepare for a long wait. Personally, we have been dealing with software companies for years on multiple levels, and this is the single worst user experience we have ever had.

Great Software, with fabulous Customer Service. Product helps us take better care of our patients.

We have been using Greenway, Prime Suite for over 11 years. Purchasing Greenway is a decision we haven't ever regretted.

Love Escribe, love ability to import notes, excellent library of templates from correspondence to provider notes.

The software itself is good looking with easily usable menus and modules.

I hate that the system cannot separate out (HL7) documents coming into the system by office location. They are all mixed together so that's very frustrating the bigger we get.

Greenway Prime Suite was very good it is that the Company decided they no longer wanted to support their product.

This places me at risk for HIPAA violation. When I purchased the software, before its acquisition by Greenway Health, I was promised a no cost exit with usable data.

No way to easily send out consults to referring physicians. Inability to import photos or pics of patient problems.

Greenway has proven effective solutions to ease the workflow and maintain thorough documentation throughout the practice and to provide comprehensive patient chart documentation.

They also provide a fair price, which is very much appreciated.

We have been live for three years, and the whole experience has been horrible. When we call, we are on hold for an average of two hours before we are disconnected.

I have heard horrible things about a lot of EHR systems, in fact, most of them.

This being compounded with them trying to integrate with Salesforce is proving to be a tragic move for this software company.

Cost is reasonable compared to several others out there. It isn't hard to navigate.

My previous EHR was far superior at a fraction of the cost.

The program is awkward to navigate and slow to load or go from page to page. It takes too many clicks to perform a task.

I think the Greenway service is second to none. Any problem I have is handled by a phone call or a message.

That being said, the more flexibility you have, the more confusing or harder it can be to grasp all the different possibilities.

Great customer service and easy to work with. Greenway provides an excellent patient portal that our patients enjoy using to remain in contact with our office.

Great, easy software looks up to date & not old like other products. I've been using it for almost 5.

Poor customer support have had loggin delays every morning for months contacted Customer service they were not able to resolve the issue.

Ease of use and the intuitiveness in using it. We have a customer experience manager, we can call her at any time with questions and she helps us out, she is very helpful.

If you just run with the basics without modifying it for yourself, you will be frustrated and wasting your time and money.

We have been with Greenway PS since 2008 and love the ease of the system. The integration of the practice management and the chart is amazing.

They really know how to capture the patients attention and assist in retaining that patient in the future. Safe and secure communication.

Once we started the process of ending our contract,  professionalism and customer service was extremely ugly.

The worst is that when you notice the critical mistake and can't even reach anyone to fix it.

We were happy with Solution Reach, however, the management software we were using at the time integrated their own communication software within our current version.

We wished that the system could intergrate more with our EHR software. Otherwise over the years the platform has been awesome.

Some patients complained about multiple contact attempts etc but this was just an error we made as a new user learning to select the proper settings, etc.

I would recommend solution reach to other dental practices. I had a good experience with them.

I would avoid this contract oriented sales company at all cost.

Helps with appointment reminders  AND review management for a reasonable price; customer service is amazing.

Can be difficult to maneuver from time to time due to updates/ modifications made to the programing.

Overall easy to use and maintain communtication through.

Worst customer service I have ever come across in all my years as an office manager.

Then the company automatically shut off the system so no messages were going out according to our settings. They didn't even let the providers know they were doing so.

I love that we have our patient reminders go through this program. I also love being able to send birthday greetings out to our patients.

The communication abilities with patients was great. I loved being able to reach our to patients remotely in the event of inclement weather and cancellation or closures.

Patient communication has never been so effective, smooth, and successful with using this product. Patients response with this software is so much better than other programs we have used in the past.

Ease of use, variety of options and tasks available. Ability to customize communciations and scheduling delivery of communciation.

It's difficult to install and integrate with some practice management softwares. Get reviews from people who use your PMS before jumping on.

In the beginning, Solutionreach seemed great. They promised they would integrate with our PMS, and with the exception of a few stragglers I would find not in the system it seemed to be working.

Worst company I have dealt with since my business openned.

The price and lack of communication when it came to ending the contract it became very difficult.

What I like most about Solution reach is how easy it is to use, and how quickly we are able to text and get ahold of patients.

First and foremost this product is very user friendly.

When this software works, it's great. The issue is that it often doesn't work and it is impossible to get customer service.

It is able to help us send paperwork, text and email patients reminders and key things before their appointments.

We cancelled our contract with ample notice and they refuse to give us a refund on an over charge and refused to accept a written cancellation AND renewed our contract automatically.

Overall our experience is great and they are constantly proving tutorials and there are a lot of videos on YouTube to help guide you through.

The company has been great to work with and we have integrated seamlessly with their software.

Fantastic customer service and once you subscribe to SR lots of great free tools, educ info etc.

Learning curve is a bit steep, though. Also, the support is very poor.

The newsletters were a bit difficult to create and very slow. THe forms and info that patients filled out at check-in has no way of importing into our EHR system- we have to manually input everything.
