  • Pros

  • Easy to Navigate, ability to move freely from EMR to Billing Feature. I love the Tabular reports which help in troubleshooting when staff has problems, also customer service is great.
  • I feel that this product is easy to understand and is easy to use. I have a fantastic trainer.
  • Cons

  • We were never able to use the fax inbox for both our locations; it only worked at one location, even after several attempts by the technician and costly IT expenses.
  • Also, technical support is very difficult; communication is not always clear, it can be confusing, and we do not always receive timely responses to our needs.

  • It keeps good track and allows you to notify the person making the call that you are busy and will contact them later. It’s safe and easy to use.
  • What I like best is that it integrates with my EHR system so I do not need numerous calandars and it automatically sends a reminder call/text to my patients.
  • Cons

  • My only dislike is the layout of the website that they use.
  • We then run into the problem with answering machines, voice mail boxes that are not set up and clients not answering because they do not recognize the phone number.
