  • Pros

  • I like the amount of features chiro quick charts complete system offers. Everything is integrated together and I do have to pay extra for text reminders or email reminders.
  • I was particularly looking for a program that contained all the components necessary for solid documentation. It is very user friendly, easy to customize and the learning curve was fast.
  • Cons

  • That the same passcode is used for QC and PM. In billing you want no one else to have the passcode but with QC the Dr.s and pt must have it.
  • However, I also realize that programming changes, etc. can take time to complete. Initially, training videos were poor.

  • Helps with appointment reminders AND review management for a reasonable price; customer service is amazing.
  • I love that we have our patient reminders go through this program. I also love being able to send birthday greetings out to our patients.
  • Cons

  • Some patients complained about multiple contact attempts etc but this was just an error we made as a new user learning to select the proper settings, etc.
  • Can be difficult to maneuver from time to time due to updates/ modifications made to the programing.
