Pros/Cons
Pros
- We have been using Remedly for a year and a half now, and overall I am very happy with the system. It's robust enough to fit our needs, but not overly complicated like some other systems are.
- Remedly is a great choice for healthcare facilities looking to modernize their record-keeping while improving patient care.
- The on boarding team treats you like family and is vested in the growth of your practice from the get go. The platform is constantly improving and add customization and partnerships.
Cons
- But it make us worry a little because the professional can cancel the job beyond 24 hours, we will worry about if they cancel 2 days before the case, we can not find someone to cover it.
- I had a question about how to change some information that was mistakenly documented on the wrong appointment. This software is quite costly for what you get.
- Disliked everything about Remedly. It is the worst medical software I have ever used.
Pros
- Great reports to keep your office on top of meaningful use. By far the best EHR company out there.
- But since I have started using it, I use it for all my prescriptions because I love the ease and speed of prescribing, and the ease of maintaining prescription records.
- I absolutely love this app, and it has been an integral part in improving our patient care and management/delivery of medications.
Cons
- I have called at 5:30 pm for an emergency leaving full details of problem, a call comes until next day, nothing solved plus a nonsense explanation of why not.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE and TROUBLESHOOTING, even pre COVID-19 they are terrible. Lines 99% busy, long waiting, often instructed to leave a message.
- Inability to easily have common meds and their dosing conveniently able to be plugged in to a script.
