It has been difficult for me to learn how to build specific reports. I always have to ask for assistance when creating new reports.

If the internet goes down and loose connections.

I would not recommend this software to a first time EHR user , however once you have used this software it easier to Navigate others.

I love the ease of use of the software itself. It is very user friendly for optometry.

At times,  RevolutionEHR will not allow me to login to my account unless I try several different times. This can be very frustrating with a busy day with many patients to look up.

Overall we like Revolution EHR better than some other software we have tried in the past. They need to fix the bugs and it would be a lot better.

I love Revolution compared to other software programs I've used in the past.

Customization of workflow in exams is good. It is good to be able to upload tests into the exam area related to this.

Great software, super easy to learn and go live with. Much better than Officemate.

When you have an exam turn up blank, when you remember writing notes, chief complaints, etc., it is infuriating, and dangerous for patient care.

I love how they take your ideas for updates and make improvements. The system is user friendly and customer service dept are very helpful.

Great, easy to contact and fast response esp with customer service.

Huge upgrade from ExamWrite/OfficeMate. E-Faxing and scanning directly into charts is great as well.

The learning curve for the software is small. Generally, pretty easy to teach employees how to use the software which saves me time and money.

The thing that I liked most about using this software was the ease of contacting a customer service representative.

I was nervous about transitioning to EHR but she made it so easy and gave me the confidence. Also she’s been so great with communicating with me and responding back so it’s been great.

Very easy to learn integrates with all my other equipment and everything is on auto-pilot.

It is easy to use and the customer service is the best.

For me, however, it was a comparison of overall features vs cost. The amazing Customer Service was also impossible to pass up.

There are other areas I was impressed with such as contact lens ordering, referrals programmed for my frequent referral doctors, and an accounting /insurance section.

She was absolutely fantastic and helped my transition from Office Mate. She responds to my emails very quickly and she took her time teaching me tips and tricks to go faster.

My support staff also love using the software.

Can keep scanned documents under each patient as needed in an organized fashion. Can keep a good patient history that is easy to access.

I can integrate with other products like IntakeQ to be completely paperless. I look more modern and can be more hygienic.

When the system delays when opening different tabs can get frustrating. But this isn't  all the time.

Auto ICD10 conversion is amazing. Integrated optical and exam in a single system makes things easy.

She listened to my urgency of needing to be set up in 1 week - and she did it. She is so extremely supportive.

Overall just a great program that is easy to use.

Difficult to save/recall referral letters generated by the software.

Ease of finding patient info and using it for patient care, revenue and communication.
