RXNT is an amazing EHR/EMR and e-script software!

Overall, RXNT has been great and I don’t plan on switching to any other software.

The features that are most impactful are the east to use patient templates and the easy prescribing with a hard or soft token

ease, cost, built in billing and scheduling and patient portal, pre-made charting for basic notes, easy to add patient records and send for labs and pharmacy meds

Cons:

Have to choose multiple forms to get the total note I want, unable to combine multiple forms into one encounter

Easy to Use for e-prescribing

Overall I'm happy with RXNT. I like the med history page and how I can import it directly to my EHR. It's easy to write scripts and send them to the desired pharmacy.

Pros:

It's very easy to search for a med and prescribe it electronically. My favorite part about this software is that it gives you drug tiers and tells you if the drug is covered by their insurance or not. That saves a lot of time because I know which drug to send and not have to later worry about PAs or switching the drug after fighting with the insurance company.

Cons:

Every now and then the software glitches when I search for certain medications. I will try searching and when I select the drug I want, the page goes blank. It only does this with certain drugs.

We were switching softwares from EPM to Revolution and the software we previously used didn't work with the new one.

One Great EMR!

My overall experience with RXNT has been positive and convenient. It’s one of the best EHR/EMR’s that we have used! Lightyears ahead in the ease of access!

I like the ease of the user interface. Charting and patient scheduling is a breeze. Our clinic runs smoothly thanks to RXNT.

There’s not much to dislike. It’s simple, user friendly, and convenient. Our patient flow stays consistent.

Very helpful staff, always there to go thru any issue with you and show you how to get through it. They explain it in easy terms.

The ease of the billing program. Everything flows very easily, from the coding to the cost of each item.

Cons:

That you have to enter the insurance information seperately every time you enter a new patient. Explaination: If it is a child you have to enter the parent in before you can enter the child, even if the parent is not a client. Don't have any suggestions as to how to streamline it.

No customer support!!!! Could never reach anyone with questions and the program was very lax, coding, very manual in all parts of the program. Very time consuming with billing. Waiting to see if claim was excepted was nonexistent.

The customer support is great. For the most part, prescribing is easy. I really do love the controlled substance process. It appears that security is fine. I’m still working through the templates.

Cons:

The new AI component. Realizing that it is a new part of the charting, it still needs to be more intuitive. It picks us and uses irrelevant information (especially what the patient says) part. Consistency is also not quite there. It’s like multiple people are collating the information obtained. I’m hoping it will get better as time passes.

Pricing is mislabeled as Monthly. In reality you have to sign up for 1 year

Pricing is misleading. It is not really a monthly payment as they advertise. However, if you can prepare for termination 2-3 months before renewal of YEARLY contract, the system is very easy to use

Cons:

Pricing is misleading. When we tried to terminate our contract with 3.5 months in advance, we were told we had to finish paying for the entire year until it was time to renew contract

Pricing - thought it was a monthly product, but you are stuck paying for a year even if you only need it for a few months. Features were what we needed

Paying for RXNT is Paying for a Software that Doesn't Work and Paying to Add Unnecessary Stress to Your Life

Stressful and terrible on all fronts. Would not recommend to anyone.

The only good thing about RXNT is that it is cheaper than other options, but you get what you pay for because it is absolutely terrible.

Cons:

Doesn't work for patients. Patients are more often than not not able to register for their portal or fill out paperwork. Software has lots of "bugs" that none of the employees never know how to fix. The billing software does not work. I have been using this software for over a year for my practice and they still have not been able to get it fully setup for me. Save yourself time and stress and don't use RXNT. Choose another software even if it is more expensive. I am in the process of switching now and wish I would have never started with this company in the first place.

simple and efficient. was using advancemd prior to this and even though I was paying double, it was very cumbersome. very happy with the switch to RXNT

Cons:

lots of bugs. there are errors that are coming up as I delve into RXNT further and further. however so far RXNT is attempting to fix them and I am hopeful

Buyer Beware

It was absolutely awful. From the start it was clunky, pt feedback on the experience signing up was terrible. Customer Support was non-existent. I have met with them multiple times and they have been unable to fix any of the issues (consent forms not working, Telehealth not working). I created multiple tickets. Their response was "we said we are looking into it". They promised me a functional program they DID NOT deliver. Worst of all they are still making me pay monthly! The contract says they will provide a functional program and they can't do that!!! I went the KAREO. A bit more expensive but worth it. I am sure they will respond to this (although they seem pretty clueless). They DID not deliver any promises in the contract PLAIN and SIMPLE.

They make it seem like its low cost but they then add on fee after fee. I actually liked nothing. Even the interface is sloppy

Cons:

Telehealth is external to RXNT, Customer support is terrible. They seem to know nothing about their own program. Had to figure out all on my own.
