Incredible Product ! THANK YOU RYMEDI !
The RYMEDI platform has had an incredible impact on our operations. Prior to implementing, we were having to: 1) Download test results from our partner labs; 2) Save them as a pdf to our secure, cloud-based file sharing/sync software 3) Copy a link 4) Paste the link into a secure, HIPAA-compliant and encrypted email to then send to our patients. Needless to say, this was painstakingly laborious and took large amounts of time. As we served our community during the COVID pandemic, oftentimes our team was sending emails well into the night. Immediately after implementation, these daily tasks were minimized to the extent that our Operations Manager was concerned about the process, and stated that "it was too good to be true". Shy a few results that had to be sent in the manner we had been sending them - as they had yet to be added to the RYMEDI platform but were added not long thereafter - this part of our daily workload was reduced by over 90%, saving countless hours of time daily.
CONSI really can state with conviction that there is nothing about the platform that our team does not like. The RYMEDI team has been easy to work with, has expedited whatever needs we had and has been a true partner.

What I recommend to EVERY client
From the very beginning, the Rymedi leadership has been more like a partner than a vendor. They have been there to walk me through solutions and provided my clients customized and complex functionality very quickly. I have several options to offer my clients in this space, I ALWAYS recommend Rymedi. Our company is also a user of the Rymedi system for our own employees and family... we wouldn't want to use anything else.
PROSCUSTOMER SERVICE! To say "Industry leading" would not give you an idea of just how impressive their customer service actually is. I would choose Rymedi over and over based on this alone. Oh, and the system is easy to use and works great as well! We have a wide variety of use cases, and we are always adding more. Many times, the Rymedi team are already working on or have developed a solution when I ask for it.
CONSI find it difficult to list a con that is worth mentioning. I would love to have some customizability in the dashboard and direct control over results messages, but those are fairly inconsequential items on my wish list.

Rymedi Review
Rymedi has been a great solution for all things COVID-testing related. We'd love to use it for other products / test types, but rolling this out is difficult.
PROSCustomer journey is super easy. Reporting / tracking is awesome. Rymedi has been a GREAT solution for all our COVID testing needs.

Game Changer

A strong product that
It is very simple to use. User groups are useful (HCP, admin, etc.). Customer service is good - changes needed are implemented quickly.
CONSThe system does not lend itself to sorting and data analysis. Connections between personal data and test results are too disconnected.
