  • Pros

  • The yearly conferences always a blast I love the one on one training and meeting all of the different users and sharing stories the trip is always FUN I would recommend sevocity to any and everyone.
  • I have been using Sevocity since 2009. I enjoy the flexibility, I also appreciate that it is user friendly and Sevocity as a company is very attenuative in regards to how they can improve the system.
  • What I like most about this software is that it is User friendly - Another feature that I like most about this software is that it is reliable.
  • Cons

  • I also have a problem with everyone being able to get into functions that only Administrators should have, such as merging.
  • The fact that you cannot delete permanently a record that was upload it by accident.
  • Sometimes the updates are at odd times, and it can run a little slow, but I feel that can be expected sometimes. Otherwise I give this product an 8 out of 10.

  • I find the system to be helpful and accommodating. The Meaningful Use analysis is wonderful.
  • Their customer service is better than most. They strive for perfection and are always there to help.
  • Since I implemented WRS they remark how good this system is and that this is better than what they are using at other health care practices where they are doing their rotations.
  • Cons

  • Inability to archive diagnosis and problems without deleting them. Inability to make your own templates.
  • Need more individual functionality (e.g. my phrases, individual email from the portal) for practices that have multiple users. Need to be able to ERROR notes made in ERROR.
  • Otherwise, they charge you $10,000 for a single template. Mapping your ICD10 and CPT codes is ridiculous.
