M trying to close my Plus account but nope, no one gets back to me and they’re still charging me. Absolutely disgusted and now cancelling my card so they can’t steal anymore of my money.

All businesses need systems, simple systems work best, just the accounting integration. They get that right, they will have an absolute winner.

Great little booking tool. I switched when i wanted a paperless clinic.

Clients can book in easily and the book now buttons create opportunities for clients to see who’s available at any time day or night. I love all the features and the consultation helps a great deal.

Except on the website it says it’s included in the 2.29% plus $0.20 per transaction fees. M already very upset at the delay only to hear about these extra costs.

It is easy to use so far and even the free version a small business can use. And as i can understand the Fresha Plus is also cheap.

You can choose to use the program for free. If you want to add the 'Plus' utilities, you pay a fair price.

I must admit I might be confused on the billing policy.

It is very easy to use with good customizations. Many options are very practical to use.

I really like the fact that you can utilize almost everything you need to run a successful business. It keeps track on everything with integrated options to social media plus google.

The headache and frustration of dealing with them is too much. If I did not already have my clients set up in their system, I would be switching to something else.

It’s great for start up and small businesses. So many fantastic features that are complimentary with the small debit fee that is only taken upon sale.

The new client consultation forms are very easy to use and easy to edit. I love the marketing features which prove very popular with the clients.

It is easy to use and easy to train new staff to use the software. We have been in practice for 16 years and the last four years with Systems4.

Some items have too many steps, hard to use on a mac.

With the fastest notes, best compliance, increasing reimbursements per visit and now with attractive graphics, nothing is in the same league.

The other two are owned by Battery Investments and Catalyst investments. I like being able to call the owner.

Their customer service is top notch. If we need support, it is resolved quickly and professionally.

What I find the most satisfying and helpful with Systems4PT is their focus on future.

Always support available who are very courteous and helpful.

The manager reports and outcome reports are confusing and at times can seem conflicted. Revenue reports are different  between menus.

Good pricing, good customer service, simple platform.

The graphs, statistics, clinic- wide, and individual therapist reports are invaluable and the best in the business for running a practice successfully.

Adding FOCUS for accounts receivables. Accuracy and communication is the best.

Billing was difficult to use for us. It was not simple nor intuitive.

The process for creating reports is long and cumbersome, especially since there are so many options and no descriptions of what each report is for at my fingertips. No Spanish option for ACI.

The customer support has been fantastic. I will not be changing systems anytime soon despite the cons listed.

There are only little things that pop up that are frustrating to our therapists - like the inability to copy and paste.

This software was made for physical therapy practices. They are on top of all the new requirements from Medicare and private insurances.

I think the company itself does care about its product, compliance and helping PT clinics capture as much reimbursement as efficiently as they can.

I like that they stay up to date with the ever changing rules of insurance and especially Medicare.

The owners are great people that are reachable and the customer support is excellent. I used them prior to selling my previous practice and when I opened another one have continued to use them.

Ease for our therapists to document. Speed in which our patients can document, automation of documentation.

Inability to change schedule beyond 15 or 20 minute intervals.

At some point, competitors will catch up, so hopefully they'll get more user friendly.

Over all this software has changed our practice and I would recommend to anyone.

You can't take advantage of the AI aspect of the program with patients that don't experience severe or worse problems because it won't auto populate for you the same way it would otherwise.

The lack of common features such as cut / copy / paste or undo.

Integrated note writing and billing feature. Ability to write notes as a narrative, not menu options.
