M trying to close my Plus account but nope, no one gets back to me and they’re still charging me. Absolutely disgusted and now cancelling my card so they can’t steal anymore of my money.

Great little booking tool. I switched when i wanted a paperless clinic.

Clients can book in easily and the book now buttons create opportunities for clients to see who’s available at any time day or night. I love all the features and the consultation helps a great deal.

Except on the website it says it’s included in the 2.29% plus $0.20 per transaction fees. M already very upset at the delay only to hear about these extra costs.

It is easy to use so far and even the free version a small business can use. And as i can understand the Fresha Plus is also cheap.

I don't like how I can't put notes while I'm posting payments without getting out of payments and getting into the patients account to do it.

10 To Generate an HEP you shouldn't have to have a DX or charges entered.

Freezing when scanning something and you click out of the scan pop up screen.

This did upset me however we had already signed a contract. To be honest had I known some of the features that are additional charges I would have gone in a different direction then  Theraoffice.

I feel Theraoffice has been very fair when it comes to pricing. Lastly, all staff at Theraoffice have been professional and follow-up has been excellent.

We didn't have much training at all so glad it is user friendly. I like that the balance shows up on navigator.

Tech support is always quick to respond to our needs.

Did not have a multiple window option so if you were working on something and needed to schedule a patient, you had to stop what you were doing.

Because this software was created by a physical therapist, it is very intuitive. The software has amazing fail safes when it comes to MIPS documentation.

I don't like the fact the you get signed out if not using for a bit.

Sometimes, TheraOffice would freeze up and then crash. I would be left with a white screen with a red X through it, and often I would have to exit out of the schedule for my clinic and reopen it.

Inability to have a patient be on the waitlist in more than one location. When adding a new appointment into the schedule, inability to start typing patient name and having the system auto-populate.

I'm now Running 9 centers with this EMR. It is Definately worth the money.

The product looks very clean and professional and those in reception, clinical care, and billing report good integration of all modules.
