I also like: being able to use my brand colors for the online portal, online scheduling, form/agreement customization, treatment note customization with smart phrases. Cons: The new pricing model is not sole-practitioner friendly. There are certain features that are more necessary for a small practice that does not have front-desk staff like the waitlist. This should be a base-level feature. The invoicing does not allow smart phrases. It would be helpful to use smart phrases in the "notes" section of the invoice or be able to duplicate an invoice when you check in a client. Sending forms to new patients are often sent to spam as they are automated, so i would have to inform them to check the spam mail (which could be not a great first impression to new patients).
