I like the simplicity of the system. I have used everything from EPIC to [sensitive content hidden] and the simplicity is what sets Noterro apart. I also like: being able to use my brand colors for the online portal, online scheduling, form/agreement customization, treatment note customization with smart phrases. #### Cons The new pricing model is not sole-practitioner friendly. There are certain features that are more necessary for a small practice that does not have front-desk staff like the waitlist. This should be a base-level feature. The invoicing does not allow smart phrases. For example all of my special tests and detailed findings were not included. It gave just a general note about it, which was disappointing .I had to re-due my notes.
