Ease of use, especially when it populates automatically the demographics of our clients. The cost of the software was very reasonable, to be able to test it our for free was great.

The software runs great and is easy to use. I love that I can just print it to my color printer and not have to purchase the claim forms.

I have had trouble with using the ledger which is an add on.

I have had problems with the flash drive failing. I had to call customer support to walk me through installing on a new drive.

Clients can cancel appointments through the portal, which then notifies the clinician, but if a clinician cancels an appointment, again no notification is sent out to the client.

It was relatively straightforward, great price, could do insurance billing for you, includes treatment planning, integrated CC processing.

If you have a problem, they spend hours blaming you. When that’s not the problem, they escalate and/or refer to the “development team.

They even have a telehealth platform integrated. The customer support is top notch, quick to respond, timely and efficient, helpful and always pleasant.

In February, when I was warned of a charge pending for lack of compliance, I called Therapy Notes. They then told me it WAS required.

I don't need the condescending ways that TherapyNotes literally PREVENTS YOU from, rather than cautions you about, doing certain notes out of order. Cautioning is a superb idea.

Intuitiveness and ease of use, reliability, and ongoing enhancement of features that fit my growing therapy practice needs.

I love the quality, organization and ease of use. They also have an amazing customer support team that are available around the clock to give support.

SpeedyClaims is an on-premise tool that allows small clinics and single-provider offices to manage CMS 1500 insurance claim forms. It is compatible with most Windows operating systems.


Users can print paper copies of their CMS 1500 forms or send them electronically. The forms can be customized for a specific practice, which enables fields to be automatically completed when users open new forms.
