Amazing Customer Support
The customer service is superb and they are always improving their software. They really take your feedback into consideration.
The whole team is friendly, responsive, and easy to get in touch with. They offer email, IM, or you can call them directly. Sometimes billing issues are hard to explain in an email, so I love that we can problem solve together over the phone. I also love their claims help. The software is intuitive/easy to use. Wiley integration is great for notes for those who want it and I love that you can pick and choose which staff want to use it and those who do not, so that you are not paying for staff who do not want this function.
Improvements still needed on billing under clinical supervisor. Better ways to do payroll for hourly employee's vs percentage basis. Have fully paid invoices sinc with submitted claims area. Have a way to put in credit card for insurance payments.
