I love the ease of use, they allow me to be a part of the feedback called Clinical Group where I get to test the updated applications before being rolled out to the general clinicians. I also make requests for added applications or to change applications. I love the subscription model where we pay per client group and not per individual clinicians. This has HELPED ME TREMENDOUSLY! I was with another EHR in the past and it was outrageous the price. I returned to Theranest after Ensora aquired Theranest and have not looked back. I also love that on the case notes I can modify the notes to meet my group's needs. Customer service is better today than in the past. I have not had any issues in the last 2 years with customer service. Cons: The session/progress notes for the nurse practitioner is very limiting and did not meet our NP's needs. We had to do a lot of work arounds. This may be in the process of fixing not sure. Reasons for switching to TheraNest COST! It has grown however to a much better system and a much better process. I know that I do not use a lot of the process because I have an outside biller.
