As a small business owner, this is an affordable solution to help me run my business. The functionality meets my needs and there are more functions I can take advantage of as my business grows.

I have a hard time Seeing my credit card charges that I pay , and i cannot figure out how to change my routing information. So some things could be designed clearer.

The software is user friendly. Between the numerous integrations and the app I and my clients have been very satisfied with the ease of use.

I love that there are many benefits for clients, easy tutorials and for the most part Spa friendly.

That it helps me attract clients, the ease of setting it up and your customer support is amazing. The web design and logo team are wonderful and efficient.

Vagaro hands down offers the best product for the money with additional features than most that allow for things like customizable memberships and rewards programs.

If an error is made in the transaction, the program is not allowed to cancel.

The software was very computer friendly also you customer supports was there to answer all my questions in a rapid response time.

So now am stuck with used pay desk that i paid full price for it. Looking for another provider i am done with Vagaro very soon.

I switched over to Vagaro from MindBody Software and I am super glad I did. I have just about everything I need in one place that allows me to run my business seamlessly.

In terms of functioning there are glitched and We he Customer service is Terrible at giving the right advice.

We love how VagARO CONTINUES  TO UPGRADE AND INTEGRATE MORE FEATURES THAT ARE VALUABLE TO RUNNING OUR BEAUTY BUSINESS.

I love the compliments I receive from my clients because the ease of use and all the information I can provide to better prepare clients for their appointments.

We also love the fact that we have the app on our phones so we have the ease of having our schedules no matter where we are during the day.

I love pretty much everything about this software it is so easy to use and navigate. Simple yet it covers all aspects of what you need.

It's building it's features which is great. It's great for a business just starting out.

When this happens you do have the option to enter in card information manually, however you are charged extra for it which is another con.

I like that I am able to personalize my site however I’d like. It’s very helpful in creating websites and pretty much self explanatory when browsing thru all they have to offer.

Easy to Pull up on my Phone or P.C. Easy to checkout and Update Clients , Easy to build a Database, pretty easy to email right from a Clients Profile.

I have really enjoyed processing with Vagaro and the user friendly interface. I also love how my clients get emails and text reminders before their appointments.

I spend countless hours a month combing the system for these errors and it makes our company look incompetent to our customers.

Easy to use for me and my clients. They love the reminders and I love that all my salon information is in one location.

So completely useless for my business and a total waste of time trying to set up. This should be a big warning before you sign up.

NOTES:  I like this section it's comprehensive to different professions. The medical note section is helpful for massage therapists and other medically oriented professions.

Like, sincerely hands-down I am fan all the way. It's format is user friendly for my clients and my staff to learn.

Very poor I feel ripped off by their illegal refund policies. They ripped me off for $700 even though I never once used the service.

The price point is great. I love the ability to do payroll, run reports and credit card processing all in one place.

Like I mentioned before they have such amazing support, and training videos, and how to articles. It's incredibly user friendly.

I loved the marketing tools. The website builder and the access to easy use SOAP notes is what sold this to me, in addition to the pricing.

I like the ease of use, the scheduling and the integration of Zoom.

I am enjoying my experience and happy there is a software that takes care of the basic yoga studio needs at a great price.

Forced to have to buy gift cards that are expensive to purchase through them. Charges for the visa use was more expensive then my bank charges.

There was no comparison. My favorite things about vagaro is the amazing customer service, ease of use, and the ability to use on both desk top and mobile devices.

Sometimes the card reader doesn't connect which is really frustrating because then I have to enter the credit card information by hand and get charged more. That's extremely frustrating.

It is easy for me to use and I do enjoy the lay out of it all. Customer support is great as well.

I love how easy it is to manage my accounting through Vagaro. Booking and Merchant services are easy and affordable.

They continue to update and improve it all the time, and have very good live customer service, which is so important when there is an issue that needs immediate attention.

Sometimes it's difficult to find what I'm looking for. That can be frustrating when I'm with a client.

They LOVE having the ability to see their schedules from the personal smart phone/ tablet when they aren't at work. Our client's LOVE their texting reminders.

I also appreciate being able to see my stat's for the month and year. It's a great help for taxes.

Seems to be pretty user friendly and I'm still learn the ins and outs but for the most part I am enjoying it. Would recommend it to other users.

I love that it is easy to navigate. Also very nice I can do everything pretty much from my mobile device.

The websites we can create are professional and super easy to create. Add ons like shopping cart to your website are inexpensive and easy to turn on/off at any time...I have done so, many times.

I am extremely satisfied with Vagaro and all supports in place. I recommend it to colleagues in the field.

The only dislike is that we can not add the pets name.

Unable to change templates yourself (done by owner/support still customizable), user interface will still put parts of notes out of order making notes difficult to read at times.

I have loved working with everyone there. From inception to implementation and even with customization it has been a very comfortable ride.

It's quick and easy to use. It's substantially better then paper document because you don't have to worry about carrying around or potentially any HIPAA violations if something goes missing.

The integrated dictation is a really great feature. Customization options allow you to have your documentation flow very naturally.

It is also customizable in almost every way you can imagine. To top it off, the customer support you receive is the best in the industry.

It is difficult to see a patient the whole ledger in just one place. It is in there, but not in one place.

The customer service and the timing of it all got me to switch. Price is great and the features are easy to use.

The best thing we love about the software is the background. All the stuff that it is doing behind the scenes.

Integration with the business was simple and easy.

Initial set up is horrible. They were only able to transfer my patients into system but no other information.

I had never done my own billing before, but I have been doing it pretty seamlessly by myself since April when I started using ZHealth.

This has improved services and decreased frustration for our office. Visual layout is clean and intuitive.

Templates are straightforward. Very affordable and good claims processing team.

Customer service is always on top with very little delay in response time. Change and updates easily obtained.

This software is extremely user friendly and easy to teach staff. The customization and constant updates are above and beyond any other software I looked into.

It was so much more work than I previously had which had initially prompted a change. I also hated the statement.

The self checkin has decreased the immediate need for a Front Desk. The online scheduling is a wonderful addition that makes life grand.

The software is fairly easy to use once you understand the work flow. It took about 2 weeks and 3 web sessions to get comfortable with it.

The service is terrible. Should have had a clue when you call there advertised number you have to leave a message.

My experience with zHealth has been great. Any questions or concerns that I have had have been answered and resolved in a timely manner.

Onboarding was easy - -  over the past year they continue to evolve and improve with additional support options. Our customer service rep was, and is, outstanding.

It was easy to use after I learned it. I like the support available as well.

Initial consultations included giving information about which type of setup would work best for our office AND the customer service is quick and extremely friendly.

My customer data is all in one place, it's web driven, it runs, never crashes my laptop, integrates all the features I want for one price point, and is backed up on their servers.

Great for soap notes, online schedule, ties in with merchant servives. And great management system.

Any issues or concerns we had were addressed quickly. This company is growing and has listened to their users which is evident by updates and added features.

I prefer chart notes to read in a paragraph format rather than as bullet points, however this is a very small criticism.

Streamlined and easy to use software, great for solo practice and accessible anywhere.

You literally cannot do any customizing yourself or you have to pay.

Since then owner has been gracious enough to do two screen shares with me already to work on customizing to my liking and we are about to have another this coming Monday (7/29/19).

Not once has he ever made this sound like it is a hassle, rather he accepts the challenges for himself and his staff to give the best EHR system for each individual office possible.

Working with them has been a very positive experience they are quick to get back to me and very helpful.

The web based software is easy to use, intuitive,  interactive, and powerful in scheduling appointments.

Anything i don’t like is changed. I talk with or email the CEO constantly and he does what i ask for.

Like most business owners, when I need help I need it now, not in 2 days. Bottom line is Its simple, It's inexpensive, and customer service is  excellent.
