"Valant EMR streamlines billing and record keeping very well and provides a Hippa compliant avenue through which all client and therapist communications regarding treatment, billing and scheduling can occur through this confidential portal."

"Dedicated trainer to show a new comer the ropes when initially joining, which makes it easy to process and apply all the informative instructions on Knowledge Base pages. "

"The scheduler is very versatile, and helps with the workflow, and I can see how all my staff are doing."

"Minimal system, very few customizable features, app doesn’t always work for residents."

"It goes down and can be glitchy more often lately and this creates frustration on our team and takes our time to manage impact this has on clients."

"Valant goes down during business hours all the time (6am through 3pm on a Monday for example) and it is impossible to view even the schedule during this time."
