"The scheduler is very versatile, and helps with the workflow, and I can see how all my staff are doing."

"Valant EMR streamlines billing and record keeping very well and provides a Hippa compliant avenue through which all client and therapist communications regarding treatment, billing and scheduling can occur through this confidential portal."

"I can send reminders to my clients so they keep compliance with their visits, which is great."

"It goes down and can be glitchy more often lately and this creates frustration on our team and takes our time to manage impact this has on clients."

"Valant goes down during business hours all the time (6am through 3pm on a Monday for example) and it is impossible to view even the schedule during this time."

"I do have concerns that this system is apart of one of the 3 largest cloud systems which could make us a target for breaches. "
