Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Pretty user friendly. Easy to use and easy to navigate.

  • So user friendly and makes provider's documentation a breeze. I've used DocuTap now for nearly 7 years and I've loved utilizing the product everyday.

  • Cons

  • At times, getting problems fixed can be a bit time consuming but overall customer service is typically pretty quick.

  • The analytics was weak in the beginning but they have continued to improve it over the years.

  • Pros

  • Great price and product for the cost. It requires little to no training and necessary training is provided online. Customer service is amazing.

  • I love all the features this software provides as well as the customer support available

  • Cons

  • Sometimes the integration with Therabill doesn't seem to work as seamlessly as it should but for the most part it works very well.

  • Some of the features and customizability that we had with other softwares are missing from this one, but we were able to make do
