As my clients are the parents of the children I will be working with, I would like the option of removing this requirement. The specifications for uploading files makes it difficult sometimes. (now most have apps) its also generally intuitive and once you get the hang of it, its easy to use, easy to teach others to use too. their support is great, and they provide client sms communications on top of email comms too. they are also always updating software and adding more features. Cons: i hope they really ramp up their app. its basic but works for the basic features. would love to be able to invoice on the app, upload files and images via the app and annotate forms too.
