We are stuck with this product! Customer support is non-existent. If you put in a support ticket you are not likely to get any resolution. If you are told it has been sent to "Development" that is a black hole and you will never get a solution or an answer. The Clearinghouse they are using for electronic claims is horrible (PhiCure). We have experienced so many problems with billing. WRS is not offering any support. WRS billing is horrible. We had so many unpaid claims, I complained. Do not do that. When I complained they dumped us and I had to find a new biller. We still have unpaid claims that will never be paid due to untimely filing. The product is very rigid. You cannot make any changes to templates. The templates available for our specialty do not meet the criteria for the E & M codes. The changes in more specific ICD10 codes are not accepted in WRS.
