We needed a better way to manage time cards and run payroll, than our old time clock (which was expensive and required manual corrections). Zira’s time tracking (biometric and mobile) and scheduling solution meets our exact needs. We’re able to more accurately understand when our employees were working and expedite payroll processing.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Zira meets our workforce management needs perfectly. The product is beautifully designed. It helps us create / manage employee schedules, shift swap requests, time tracking, time off approvals, and more. Before, we needed several tools to accomplish what we can do entirely with Zira. We can export our timesheets into the exact format required by our payroll provider, so that our hours are accurate and we can process payroll faster. The price point is very reasonable, given what you get.

#### Cons

Not much I can think of - we have used the product for more than 1 year now. We a re working with the team to get our custom reports built in.

#### Vendor response

Thanks Sanju! Glad you are enjoying having everything in one place with Zira!

Overall really solid, and they are working hard to add new things and make improvements. Great customer support, and a really great tool overall, couldn't run our business without it.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 3/5
- Value for money: 3/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

Very robust for scheduling and workforce management, excellent tools and customizability. Allows you to basically customize to your business needs from the ground up.

#### Cons

They ship new updates weekly, which can get annoying because they are constantly changing things, and it can disrupt your workflows a bit. Some of the UI is annoying as well. For example, when you go to pick a year, it starts at 1900, and you have to scroll all the way down to get to the 2020's. No idea why they haven't fixed that yet, and there's a few other, similar things. Not the end of the world, just a little annoying. Their reporting is also pretty weak. It's tough to pull good quality reports on data and numbers.

#### Reasons for switching to Teambridge

Bluesky was really bad. Teambridge isn't perfect but its a lot better than Bluesky

Overall, our experience with TeamBridge has been very positive. It has made several areas of our business more efficient, particularly staffing, scheduling, and payroll. While there are definitely areas where I think the platform could improve, I genuinely love the system, enjoy building the workspaces for our team and appreciate that TeamBridge continues to evolve. I see TB growing into an even stronger platform and look forward to seeing where they take it!

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

TeamBridge is a very robust system that has made managing our healthcare staff, shifts, and payroll significantly easier. Our nurses and account managers find scheduling much more streamlined, and our accountant has found payroll MUCH easier than our previous methods. I also really appreciate that TeamBridge seems to take our feature requests seriously and continues to listen to customer feedback. I love the direction the company is going and can see a lot of potential for continued growth.

#### Cons

For a smaller company like ours, the biggest challenge is the cost. I would love to see more affordable options for smaller organizations. I’d also love to see more integrations. We were told from the beginning that syncing directly with ShareFile was something that could be done, and three years later, we are still waiting on that integration. I would also love to see some focus on perfecting existing features alongside developing new AI features. More customization and design options for the white-label app would be great as well, so companies can make the experience feel more uniquely their own. Finally, more video tutorials and communication around new features would be extremely helpful for those of us who manage our own systems. Sometimes updates are released without us realizing it, and we end up having to do some digging to figure out what changed and how to use it.

#### Reasons for switching to Teambridge

Our main reason for switching from Podio to TeamBridge was payroll. TeamBridge made the payroll process much more streamlined and significantly easier for our accountant.

For an overall experience from a department head stand point is half good half bad. Multiple times teambridge made work easier but then when updates happen out of no where or whatever and makes my job more difficult.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 3/5
- Value for money: 3/5

- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

The UI would be the best part in my opinion, sets it apart from all the other workforce management softwares.

#### Cons

The constant updates with no notice in advance. At one point an update happened and removed all of our rates.

#### Reasons for switching to Teambridge

Needed something that worked better for Event work on top of Commercial work.

Teambridge definitely did what I needed. I run a seasonal business with over 300 employees and up until 3 years ago we tracked hours on paper, physically signing in and out daily and adding up hours for each employee. Teambridge took all of that work, what took hours each week and was inaccurate, and made it so fast, simple and accurate with just a few clicks on the keyboard.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

The software is so easy to use. It is easy to make adjustments of the backend when an employee does not long in correctly or forgets to log in. The reports are great and easy to manipulate to get the data you need. I love that it is web based so I can make adjustments from anywhere at anytime. The customer service is fantastic although I don't need it much anymore, they actually reached out to me to see if I was having any issues because I hadn't reached out to them with any issues. The way they personalized the software for me and the business I run was great and very appreciated. They put in the time to hear and really listen to what my needs were and then made suggestions based on that.

#### Cons

Any issues I had they addressed and fixed for me. During my busy season it is hard for me to communicate how they prefer to but they were more than willing to accommodate my very specific needs again.

#### Reasons for choosing Teambridge

Price, customization and the sales team were all significant factors for me when I made the decision to go with TeamBridge.

As a user that adds his own shifts manually, this is completely fine, however, any user that has to pick up shifts on the mobile app suffers with picking up individual shifts over and over again. A Web Version that is available for everyone, not just managers would make a world of difference.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 3/5

#### Pros

The ability to add my own shifts on the web version manually, although improvements surely need to be made

#### Cons

The UI/UX changes to features that I used frequently such as the daily view that now show the whole week, which makes no sense whatsoever.

#### Reasons for switching to Teambridge

Team Bridge has been great with displaying data, and the format the platform has is perfect for reviewing information. The only critique I have is that it would be great for the platform to have live updates on the list of information being reviewed.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 5/5

#### Pros

How it organizes information and the automatic tags based on the time set for those tags. The color codes also help designate info.

#### Cons

Not having a live update on the data being shown, especially when checking attendance and reviewing who has clocked out and who hasn't.

#### Reasons for switching to Teambridge

The platform had an outdated layout and was slow to upload data.

Overall, Teambridge is very easy to learn and very helpful. The ability to edit just about anything is really nice! I also love the animation features that take so much workload off of us admin users. I would say if I had to rate it between 1-10, I'd give it an 8. The features really complement our jobs, but the issues can also hold us back at times.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Customer support is very fast to respond, usually within 3-5 minutes they have the solution to the issue you are experiencing. Another benefit is the time tracking feature that makes our business run smoothly and away from spreadsheets. Editing, adjusting, and facility cancellations are made very simple.

#### Cons

The biggest cons that we have run into are the broadcast system for messages and the app locations for the employees. We have noticed that the newest update for broadcast has made it very difficult for the users to know if their messages are also being broadcast or just sent to the admin team. The other issue is the app's locations continually erase at the most random times, which then removes the available shift on their app. We have lost some business due to this issue, but we have put in a support ticket to hopefully get fixed soon. We continually remind our staff to keep their eyes on their locations before looking for shifts.

Teambridge is a great scheduling and time tracking tool. It has everything you need and it is very stable, I haven't had any errors or issues with it. It just needs a bit more customization and reporting capabilities.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 3/5

#### Pros

It is easy to follow time tracking individually but also as a team which helps me to not only review the individual hours an agent worked but also visualize the full schedule of my projects.

#### Cons

The reporting is not as customizable in my opinion which causes me to use a script to get the report I need to do my billing. I also do not like that the filters in the reports are saved for everyone.

#### Reasons for switching to Teambridge

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5

#### Pros

Teambridge is straightforward. It not only lets me track my shifts but also lets my recruiter add shift details to the blocks so I can keep track of them.

#### Cons

Because Teambridge is so straightforward, it can be a little confusing when the page is blank. It can make it seem like you're on the wrong page.

Awful. Even being paid to use it, I will tell everyone how un-optimized it is for as long as they will listen. Every time I have interacted with Teambridge's support staff, it literally feels like they are just shrugging and say there is nothing they can do to help the issue I am dealing with. I can't get the website to just not auto-populate certain shifts for people. I can't remove people from my shift pool, even though they will NEVER be assigned a single shift. The site also won't show my approved personal vacation days but will display my employees' respective vacation days. Printing off the schedules I have created is also far from optimized. I can't edit what actually appears on the schedule, so any time block assigned has name, date, time, position when all but time is pretty evident from the x axis being the people who know their own name and position and the y axis is the date, leaving my printed schedules bloated with unnecessary information.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 1/5
- Value for money: 1/5
- Customer support: 1/5
- Functionality: 1/5

#### Pros

I like that it is easy to create the time blocks for scheduling, leaving a simple drop-down menu when assigning shifts. User support is generally quick to respond (even if they can't help, which is every time in my experience) The mobile app exists, and as an employee it is fairly easy to view/check your schedule.

#### Cons

The website is awful. In scheduling, it auto-populates schedules (but not for everyone) and it is generally wrong. When contacting support about this issue, they claimed it is my internet browser doing the populating (not how that works). I have a team of 10 people (including myself) and we are part of a larger corporation that requires more people have access to my schedule. My pool of people to assign shifts to is 19 people long. They have no way of hiding people you never schedule but insist you can hide them with a toggle that hides everyone with no assigned shifts. This is a decent alternative, but only after you place one shift under my employees' profiles, and this needs to happen for every week you need to schedule for. The scheduling tool also doesn't offer any real support more than 8 weeks into the future. Memorizing your daily needs when scheduling in advance is mandatory. The mobile app home screen is filled with unnecessary information and options that would be better behind a button or menu.

TeamBridge has helped us automate our scheduling and timecard process to decrease the workload of our administrative staff. This is the first platform that allows us to fully build out our own scheduling rules and policies into the software.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 5/5

#### Pros

It's fully customizable to fit your business needs/process. You can build it out to your specific procedures and policies. The team is very prompt and helpful when getting the system set up. The automations have improved our company effeciency and allowed us to spend time on what truly matters to the business. Employees love how easy it is to schedule their shifts out and track their hours.

#### Cons

While there might be times where there's an issue in the system, 99% of the time it's due to user error. TeamBridge is fast at jumping on to help and offer solutions. You feel like your voice is heard as you can give feedback for suggestions. There are very few things that I wish could change in the platform and most of them are based on how it looks rather than functionality.

My overall experience with Teambridge has been extremely positive. They’ve been a true partner in helping us develop and launch our app—collaborative, innovative, and always focused on finding solutions that align with our goals. They take the time to understand our business and are always open to feedback, which has made the process both productive and enjoyable. While there’s room to improve around communication and turnaround speed at times, those moments have been rare and always handled professionally. Overall, Teambridge has been a reliable, forward-thinking, and invested partner, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a development team that truly cares about their client’s success.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Working with Teambridge has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. What I like most is their responsiveness, creativity, and genuine commitment to partnership. They didn’t just build our app—they took the time to understand our business, our goals, and our users, and they delivered a product that truly aligns with who we are as a company. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a development partner who truly cares about both the product and the partnership.

#### Cons

While our overall experience with Teambridge has been excellent, there have been a few challenges along the way. The only area I’d like to see improved is speed of iteration and release cycles. When we’re moving quickly on our end, we sometimes need faster turnaround on certain updates or revisions. That said, their willingness to listen to feedback and adjust makes it easy to work through those moments.

### Zira saved us time and money

I've been very happy with Zira's ease of use and setup. The onboarding process was simple, and the Zira team was with us every step of the way. Our workforce consists of older, mostly non-english speakers, so I was initially worried that they would have trouble learning new technology. But Zira is well-designed, accessible, and available in multiple languages -- so our employees picked it up in no time. I really appreciated Zira's commitment to their customers. They build fast and have always been super responsive to feedback. It's been great to see how this new technology has helped our traditional business.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Our manufacturing plant needed an easy way to create schedule and track clock-ins and outs. Our managers were spending hours building schedules manually, using spreadsheets and pen and paper. Zira removed this headache, because now we can build schedules in minutes. The scheduling tool optimizes our schedules -- taking into account employee availability, preferences, skills, and company requirements / policies. Since our employees update their preferences & availability in Zira's mobile app, we can build schedules that work well for their personal lives (which helped morale). Zira has helped us manage our workforce more efficiently and keep labor costs in check. We also switched to Zira for time and attendance. Before, we were using a traditional time clock that was old, expensive, and not user friendly. We had issues with accuracy: employees occasionally punched-in for each other and they sometimes forgot their codes. Zira has a biometric time clock with Face ID, which makes clock-ins simple and accurate. We've also set up automatic shift reminders, which made it easy for employees to show up on time. And we have notifications for late clock-ins and no shows, so managers can automatically dispatch replacements. Now my managers can spend time on higher priority tasks, and employees have a better channel for communicating with management. For manufacturers like us, efficiency is essential; using Zira has helped us save us time and money.

#### Cons

I don't have any complaints about Zira. My only note is that the automation engine is very customizable, so at first we weren't sure what we wanted to create. There's a list of pre-built automations to choose from (like sending shift reminders), which was a great way to get started. What really helped was that the Zira team worked with us to understand our challenges and set up automations; from there it's been smooth sailing. For example, we've set up automations to enforce company policies, so we can remain compliant with California labor laws. It's been one of the most powerful aspects of our Zira experience.

This company came to our attention at the perfect time, we were struggling with scheduling and every company I set up meetings with did not meet my requirements or expectations. We met the creator of the company and some of the rest of the team and they were amazing, kind, and very professional. Anytime we had any questions, no matter what time of day, they immediately responded and handled the situation. I honestly couldn't recommend this company more, I know they have a mission and vision that is worth supporting and are young, ambitious entrepreneurs that have a knack and passion for what they do.

#### Pros

Our team really enjoyed the cleanliness and ease of use when it comes to the software itself. We have many employees who aren't tech savvy and they never have any issues figuring out how to use the system. The setup is easy to navigate and has a very modern, clean look.

#### Cons

The software was still under development when we first started using it so there were a few bugs, but in less than 2 months they worked out every issue that was encountered. It has become an almost flawless system in our opinion.

#### Reasons for choosing Teambridge

Without putting down the other company, I'm sure they would probably be a great fit for someone else, Zira personally had a lot of qualities that I was looking for in a scheduling system. Their design has a clean and fresh look to it, I always see how they continuously are updating and bettering their system to ensure that it's modern and easy to navigate. The other company's layout looked like an Excel spreadsheet and was overwhelming to look at. the creator of Zira, during our first meeting, showed me everything they had to offer including features that they were in the process of launching. The other company wouldn't show me features they offered because we had to commit first, for us that was a red flag because it felt like maybe there actually isn't much beneath the surface.

#### Pros

I'm the owner of a chiropractic and acupuncture clinic. We have very dynamic and constantly-changing schedules, which have gotten even more complex with Covid. I was looking for an easier way to build schedules and I found Zira. Previously, I was spending 3-4 hours per week building schedules. The biggest challenge was managing each staff member’s preferences, availability, and role-fit. We were collecting this information on paper and spreadsheets, and it was a huge headache. Zira has cut scheduling time down dramatically: the scheduling assistant tool builds well-matched schedules super quickly. Moreover, it reduced the interpersonal burden; the schedules are more fair and provide better personal balance for the employees, because it automatically factors in their availability and preferences. Our employees love the modern time clock; they’ve found the facial recognition system easy and enjoyable for clock-in/out (it was our first magic moment with Zira). We set up automatic shift reminders (like when to take breaks, when shifts start, etc) and enforce other labor compliance policies. Zira has helped us operate more effectively, manage our costs and coverage better, and save time.

#### Cons

I love the fact that Zira allows me to specify different scheduling requirements for employees, such as maximum hours, time preference, and availabilities. It would also be nice to have a way to be able to make sure my high-performance employees getting more shifts as a reward also assign them on busier days.

#### Reasons for choosing Teambridge

I did some research and I couldn't find any other product proving such a comprehensive package (Employee scheduling, attendance, time tracking, communication,s, etc) at this low price point.

#### Pros

The Zira time clock was incredibly easy to set up. I downloaded the app on my iPad and set it next to our existing 7Shifts, 7Punches tablet. I wasn't planning on switching just then, but when my employees came in the next day, some of which can not speak English and are not very tech-savvy, they saw the Zira Portal and started using it right away without training. I think that is what I appreciate most about Zira. Everything they do is incredibly easy to figure out, and once you set things up, you don't have to worry about it anymore.

#### Cons

No issues. Zira Manager and the Portal time clock have been a great addition to our process since day 1.

#### Reasons for choosing Teambridge

Zira seemed like a better product overall. > More features > Better designed > Easier to use.

#### Reasons for switching to Teambridge

I was looking for something that was a little more modern and something that didn't rely on PINs for punch in and punch out. My employees would either forget their PIN number or clock in for their friends when they weren't actually at our facility yet.

#### Pros

The product is very easy to use. After I invited my employees to the mobile app they were able to figure it out without any help. I also received major kudos from our executives and managers as well as the employees for how efficient our team has become with the policy builder automation features. I definitely think our Zira Pilot (what Zira calls their account managers) has been amazing. Always responsive, very helpful, and it is clear that our feedback gets communicated to the whole team because we notice our ideas and feature requests getting implemented very rapidly.

#### Cons

In the 8 months we have been on the platform no complaints.

#### Reasons for choosing Teambridge

Better features, a better interface for managers/admis and employees (easier to use and to learn), more features on the platform (automation, trends, reporting, messaging, A.I. features as well!) and even still it was lower cost than the alternative.

#### Reasons for switching to Teambridge

Zira is cheaper and has much more functionality. Once we saw how easy Zira was to use, and that the flexibility of all the features could be configured however we wanted, we made the switch.

#### Vendor response

Thank you for the kind words Cynthia.

#### Pros

Zira helps me with visibility and tracking of each employee profile - time worked, punctuality, show up rate, and automatically tallys the pay down to the minutes worked. Helped me with employee motivation as I use employee dashboard to discuss performance and goals. My employees are remote and need to clock in and out when they start work. Using the geofence feature, we can make sure they are at the location. My team is not tech-savvy but they like the mobile app and find it very easy to use.

#### Cons

Earlier, I was not able to edit ongoing shifts, but the Zira Support team were quick in adding that feature in - per my request!

### Easy and accessible -- made schedules no longer a headache

#### Pros

As the field operations manager, I am responsible for scheduling dozens of staff members. Our shifts and volunteers change frequently, so building schedules was a nightmare. Since we started using Zira for scheduling, I've saved us massive amounts of time; the schedule tool does the work it for me. I can enter criteria / requirements and the tool creates and optimized schedule. Most of our staff is young, so they use smartphones. They mark their time preferences and availability in the app, which is great for us because we no longer need to confirm and coordinate individually. The staff loves being able to see their schedules remotely in the Zira app. Previously, we had spreadsheet schedules posted in the office, but it wasn’t accessible and was not easy for management to make changes. We also enjoy the chat functionality. Chat helps with safety and compliance, because we now don’t have to text employees directly. Our volunteers has a safe and accessible channel to communicate with management. Overall, Zira has been great for streamlining our operations. We can spend our time and resources in more valuable and productive ways.

#### Cons

When chat launched, they originally only had direct messages. I asked for group chat functionality (because I wanted to message groups of staff based on role), and they built it immediately. This makes communication so much easier when I need to reach my teams. I have no complaints about the product. Any feedback I’ve given, the team has taken to heart.
