She has reached out to me several times to let us know about new carriers we can add to the system, making my job much easier. The system can be tailored to our needs by changing the settings, which helped our productivity. If there are problems with not all the info coming through, the tech team is working on it right away and keeping us updated. Cons: Sometimes it seems to take a while to run a manual verification on an individual, but I think that is more the carrier website than Zuub. Reasons for choosing Zuub More carriers, and better utilization. Also, after letting Zuub know we were considering switching, they let us use both products simultaneously and Zuub was free. We went back after the trial period because Zuub was so much better for us. And honestly, it was refreshing to have a company work with us to keep us as customers in such a friendly way.
