She has reached out to me several times to let us know about new carriers we can add to the system, making my job much easier. The system can be tailored to our needs by changing the settings, which helped our productivity. If there are problems with not all the info coming through, the tech team is working on it right away and keeping us updated. #### Cons Sometimes it seems to take a while to run a manual verification on an individual, but I think that is more the carrier website than Zuub. #### Reasons for choosing Zuub More carriers, and better utilization. Also, after letting Zuub know we were considering switching, they let us use both products simultaneously and Zuub was free. We went back after the trial period because Zuub was so much better for us. Anytime I had a question, a new password, or one of my payors stopped working, all I had to do was send one email, and I got a quick response and almost immediate fix to the issue. I kept coming back to Zuub. They had eligibility with almost all of our major payors, the interface was simple and easy to navigate, you could look at your schedule day by day, and once you zoom in (LOL), you can see a lot of great information on their eligibility document saved in the patient chart. I don't want to be without this platform, it has saved many a patient from getting services they weren't covered by. #### Cons Probably the extra small print on the eligibility document. I have to Zoom in. I understand it's a lot of information to take in, so I don't mind. It saves me from having to log in to an insurance site and search for it manually. #### Reasons for choosing Zuub The interface was easiest to navigate. They will go above and beyond to make sure that we not only are getting the most use out of the software but they also add features for us when needed. And most importantly, we are able to send incredibly detailed invoices that we were previously having a hard time sending through our PMS. These have been a godsend for our billing dept. #### Cons We really dont have many complaints! The only thing I can think of us the sync time to our PMS. Zuub is an integral part of our office they keep up with the constant changes in the dental insurance world while listening to their customers questions or requests. #### Cons Would like a feature to search by patient insurance company, name and DOB.
