  • Pros

  • The support was fantastic and they made changes to accommodate our needs and the integration with Office 365 is perfect.
  • I can see in advance who is in the office and if/when there is space long before I am due. Fantastic product throughout the pandemic and just as useful today.
  • SENSITIVE CONTENT] was brilliant from start to finish and since we launched and the necessary questions, we didn't need anymore help and if i do have a question, i know il get it answered very quick.
  • Cons

  • The lack of sight of times of room bookings is challenging.
  • Inability to customise timing of books on Hot Desks beyond hourly slot.
  • Solved the hotdesk problem - now there's on risk of coming in and finding there isn't room for you.

  • I love the ease of use and the responsive customer service. It's a wonderful program that I highly recommend to anyone.
  • I love the ease of this service and how it reaches brides almost immediately and automatically. I love the features of the pipe line and how I can organize leads and keep track of sales.
  • Very impressed overall, very easy transition from Caterease and much much better experience. The customer service is one of the key factors with how impressed we are.

  • When I first become a subscriber the software was difficult to delete large bridal leads listing. That problem was correct and to be honest this is the only issue I can recall with Event Temple.
  • The integration process was tough. Building out all the features to make specific to my organization was tough.
  • I can't think of anything that I don't like about Event Temple.
