  • Pros

  • The support was fantastic and they made changes to accommodate our needs and the integration with Office 365 is perfect.
  • I like that Clearooms provides details of available floor plans , desk facilities and meeting details on single platform which i like as it is very easy to use with good customer service.
  • Easy to use and Very helpful for office management, also interface is good, and also customizable. Very satisfied with this.
  • Cons

  • The lack of sight of times of room bookings is challenging.
  • Inability to customise timing of books on Hot Desks beyond hourly slot.
  • Solved the hotdesk problem - now there's on risk of coming in and finding there isn't room for you.

  • Pros

  • Easy to integrate with the most popular calendaring platforms - Outlook, Google, etc. Now Robin is iterating and adding interesting space management features to compliment their desk booking module.
  • The ease of use when using Robin is the best part. We use it to book desks within our office due to the pandemic, and it has been a great asset.
  • I am pleased with the over 2+ years or more that we have been using the platform. It has caused significant improvement of reserving rooms/spaces with our offices.
  • Cons

  • If I forget to check in when I get to the room, it will cancel out my reservation.
  • I work at a smaller company and sometimes booking conferences room can be a pain.
  • We use Webex for our company meetings and there is no videoconferencing link for zoom.
