  • Pros

  • Easy, friendly and reliable, and hopefully is like that the whole contract period.
  • I like this product because several programs can be associated, and you can organize your activities very easily and it is a good reminder.
  • Intuitive interface, great customer support, easy install/onboarding, great price compared to competitors.
  • Cons

  • It can be annoying to have to bin them and clogs up email feeds. I assume there is a setting option I can change to do this but have not yet had the time to explore.
  • I think the price of this software is expensive, and while my company does pay for it, it makes it difficult to use it long-term, especially since we have a low budget for software.
  • Inability to get employees to confirm their booking by 4pm the day before.

  • Easy to integrate with the most popular calendaring platforms - Outlook, Google, etc. Now Robin is iterating and adding interesting space management features to compliment their desk booking module.
  • The ease of use when using Robin is the best part. We use it to book desks within our office due to the pandemic, and it has been a great asset.
  • I am pleased with the over 2+ years or more that we have been using the platform. It has caused significant improvement of reserving rooms/spaces with our offices.
  • Cons

  • If I forget to check in when I get to the room, it will cancel out my reservation.
  • I work at a smaller company and sometimes booking conferences room can be a pain.
  • We use Webex for our company meetings and there is no videoconferencing link for zoom.
