Pros/Cons
Pros
- We can customise it to exactly how we would it; we can make the sign in details as intricate and detailed or as minimal as we would like which is great.
- It seamlessly integrates with your active directory and has some great features that makes this a necessity in any office. Easy to manage, makes check-ins efficient.
- The customer service has been outstanding during this time and we are hoping to continue the relationship with them. We love it here at FBMaryville.
Cons
- Unable to deploy sign-in flows across the company and having to individually make everyone up. The duplicate/copy feature is limited.
- The printer and Ipad are constantly going off line at one of our locations. Not sure what the problem is with that feature.
- Filtering it seems a little difficult for options. In our case we have two blocks for groups Am & PM.
Pros
- We love it and find it to be reliable and affordable. I personally have already recommended it to two friends looking for a receptionist solution for their offices.
- I like the ease of use and the customization options. Also, the customer support is amazing.
- The Receptionist has been an amazing asset for our team. The customization has been easy and we have been able to adapt the app to fit our company needs.
Cons
- The foreign language option is limited. Meaning you have to personally sellect and translate all the text (painful).
- It was ineffective and we wanted a more confidential system.
- As we grow, it might get costly to have subscriptions for multiple locations.
