Pros/Cons
Pros
- I love the ease of use and the responsive customer service. It's a wonderful program that I highly recommend to anyone.
- I love the ease of this service and how it reaches brides almost immediately and automatically. I love the features of the pipe line and how I can organize leads and keep track of sales.
- Very impressed overall, very easy transition from Caterease and much much better experience. The customer service is one of the key factors with how impressed we are.
Cons
- When I first become a subscriber the software was difficult to delete large bridal leads listing. That problem was correct and to be honest this is the only issue I can recall with Event Temple.
- The integration process was tough. Building out all the features to make specific to my organization was tough.
- I can't think of anything that I don't like about Event Temple.
Pros
- Every time we have a vendor or outside customer come in to a conference room they comment on how amazing they are. The ability to book a room from Webex Teams enhances the ease of use on the fly.
- Bulit quality, simplistic and straigtforward onboarding process and overall day-to-day use, Joan device design integrates perfectly into any modern office environment, battery life is impressive.
- I was amazed by its simple integration with Google Calendar, and how it helped make a better use of the meeting room, having a positive impact in our culture.
Cons
- Our biggest problem was that people were not looking in their Outlook calendars for conference room availability.
- If you choose to host the VM on prem, the visioconnect software cannot auto-update. The pricing for cloud could be more aggressive.
- I believe it connects to the wrong (i.e. further away) access point, which results in a high battery drain.
