Helpdesk folks are amazing. Opportunities for improvement are with customization of the user interface and enhancing their single sign on capability.

Unfortunately we have dealt with constant bugs ever since we started using this product over a year ago.

The ability to automatically route issues to the correct operator has dramatically decreased our response time to issues. Mobile applications help us capture more work orders.

If your looking for a lot of option and would like customization this is a great product.

TRAC has almost everything you need for fleet, space and time management. Modules are easy to use and arranged in a  way to make basic job completion effective and efficient.

I like that it integrates well with other systems that we may have in place, and I really enjoy that the system is highly configurable. IOffice as a vendor is also great.

The user interface is very intuitive and easy to navigate.

Support teams for development & implementation are fantastic.

Space module is good for searching floor plan + helped massively when we want to reorganise the office and change up our different spaces.

What is like most about the software is the interactive seating chart & asset tracking.

The pinger takes a while to load and then it disappears. The mobile conference room finder still needs a bit of work.

The reason we selected iOffice was because of it's friendly user interface and overall pricing.

Maintenance of floor plans is tedious: does not support xRefs in CAD files, SoftSpace only runs on PC/Windows, floor plans cannot exceed 999kb or it will load really slowly.

I enjoy the product's ease of use. I like that it's modern and intuitive, and I like that you don't have to be very technical to use it.

It is a very easy sytem to use and keep up with. The Enginners that we have on our team, enjoy it, easy to use.

Installed quickly, if your familiar the this type of software then you can use this seamlessly. Otherwise user friendly.

I cannot speak from a facilities perspective. But I was a bit disappointed on the overall value/usability of the mobile conference room finder and the seat finder.

In particular, Insights has greatly improved the quality and production time of our reporting.

It can be a bit pricey, a few feature are missing that i would prefer to have. It can also be hard to find the software in a physical format.

I have enjoyed using this software with my space planning needs. I like how they are always wanting to better themselves and really care what the customer thinks.

They have been great partners is helping us develop the dashboards and reports we need to manage service delivery.

Also sometimes looking for a specific room is hard to navigate when you are looking for it in a specific future time and date.

Good product - Service depends on the assigned contact.

This software is very easy to use and makes is very simple to schedule meetings/rooms via this platform.

Difficulty loading logo. Not sure if that was my fault or a problem with the software.

Also, the mobile app is great and makes scheduling super easy.

Not having iPhone application. Lack of synchronization with Google Calendar.

What's nice is the fact that you will receive an email immediately after booking and attaches to my Outlook calendar with ease.

YAROOMS was extremely easy to sign up and start using immediately. This software has been very vital in helping us set-up important meetings in our buildings without any reported issues.

I love the ease of use and the fact that the ergonomy of the product made it so easy to drive adoption in the organization.

You can't talk to a person and they keep recommending video tutorials to try to help me answer my own questions, which takes FOREVER and in my opinion is lazy, terrible customer service.

It is easy to use and quite helpful, especially if you are in coworking space or sharing an office like ourselves.

I love how easy and intuitive it is. It doesn't allow people to take up a room for an entire day and allows you to always get the time you need.

Additionally, the pricing structure may not be feasible for small businesses or organizations with limited budgets.
