But we were informed ahead of time that it might take longer. During the onboarding process and kick off, the support team was available for our requests. Cons: I have nothing to complain about. The only one thing which I would do differently was to try to transfer booked slots from old application (previous vendor) to Tidaro just to keep users happy. I didnt have this option on mind during the onboarding, so the users had to book everything again when switching to Tidaro. Some of them were not happy because they lost their booked desks or spots for couple days. Reasons for choosing Tidaro The provider is not on the list so I chose random.
