The AI tools for summary and action items are really great. Even if it doesn't transcibe 100% of what is said correctly (makes mistakes with accents etc.) it still does a really good job of summarising the meeting. Free version (10 meetings/month) meets my needs overall. #### Cons Live transcription sometimes has errors.
