I think that was what got us over the hump to sign. Very responsive! [sensitive content hidden] is fantastic in that she gets back to me with either, "This is how you can do it," or "let me check on that." When i compared products originally, I found that the price was better and now we are customers for life because of the people! #### Cons I don't think there are great API opportunities, yet. Also, not super mobile friendly, however that is on the roadmap for future upgrades. #### Reasons for choosing 360Alumni The price was less, not by a bunch, however 360Alumni INCLUDES the email marketing tool, Emma, which means over all less cost. No incentive was offered We've been using 360Alumni for Los Hermanos de Stanford to help simplify and manage the data for our roughly 300 alumni member group. Before, we used an outdated spreadsheet to manage contacts and often it was incomplete. It was almost impossible to contact alumni with accurate information. With 360Alumni, we've been able to update our information and have an easy to use way to search them and their careers. In addition, their integrated emailing system has allowed us to contact all our alumni at once, simplifying our original process. We now have the option of contacting our alumni for donations with specified campaigns.
