  • Pros

  • Calendar views were an awesome tool to see what was in the facility for the day and the totals reports were really prowerful. It was great to be able to generate reports in a variety of formats.
  • Great features such as membership management and online registration -User friendly for parents and staff - Looks good.
  • My experience with Active Net overall has been positive. Any snag was always resolved pretty quickly.
  • Cons

  • I am unable to run registration reports and no one can help us troubleshoot. The customer service department is terrible (long wait times, ineffective and zero follow up).
  • This company has breached their contract with our organization-- taking thousands of dollars of our revenue and will not respond to repeated inquiries and requests to correct the error.
  • The lack of update impacts our processes such that we require to keep track of thousands of paper copies which is absolutely archaic and waste of time.

  • It has been stable, and the customer service is excellent and friendly from the MyRec staff.
  • From start to finish line the service was outstanding. I felt like MyRec listened to our needs on what we wanted, and they delivered.
  • I love the public side of the system- I think it is very user friendly. We especially like the access to instructors to go electronic and not have to use paper for everything anymore.
  • Cons

  • A complaint we have from our constituents is that they are unable to re-set their password when they click the re-set password button.
  • Users always have trouble recovering their password. We get complaints that the website is "too confusing" and not user friendly.
  • I do not defend this company to the public at all. I constantly get negative feedback from the public and I have to turn into the IT person to fix it.
