"The best thing is easy to create my tribe , smooth registration process ,easy Data management , best thing is that , it support webhooks and api and we integrate with other automation platforms like zapier , it as entire system is super simple and best thing is its weekly Wednesday classes that tell about updates , listen to problem and customer support is good, overall quite satisfactory with it"

"Mainly in the part where customers showed their information, which is in Spanish. And that was very frequent. And the creator of that directory preferred sales to having translation into another language natively. And this was a real headache: to stop paying attention to other things to correct this."

"The biggest "negative" point for me is the many premium feature add-ons, which require additional payment (annual fee)."

"The outdated design is also not beneficial to the overall UX. If you're not bothered by design in general Brilliant Directories is a no-brainer."
