Pros/Cons
Pros
- It includes many options for payment processing with international currencies. I enjoy the excellent, helpful support and the video tutorials and documentation.
- Brilliant Directories offers flawless simplicity; is feature rich and reliable; and has an awesome theme selection each with a beautiful user interface.
- The forte of brilliant directories is their amazing documentation, video tutorials and the Webinar Wednesdays. Go through these and you can learn how to manage your site inside and out.
Cons
- Just frustrating knowing that something IS possible but costly, rather than knowing that something is not possible.
- I am not that knowledgeable in programming languages and I'm finding it difficult to go in and make some of the changes I need to make. The term 'widget' is also misleading.
- We had been unsure about the cost/value proposition but now find our concerns were unnecessary.
Pros
- I love how easy it is to use, as well as the customer service. Everyone is pleasant, prompt and so helpful.
- Overall, GrowthZone has been so good for my membership and myself. The ease of use is just the best and I am so happy that I switched.
- I love the ability to control and update our website so easily. Credit card procesing is clean, easy to use, and provides a smooth transaction as well as easy of paperwork.
Cons
- We also have not integrated our billing systems and manually updating everything so that the software communicates with other programs is a pain.
- Sometimes editing communication templates and billing documents can be confusing and small changes can cause changes in other areas.
- This is confusing, you need a lot of training and not intuitive for the average user. You must be a web pro to understand the back end functions.
