Members have been charged inaccurate prices and the company replies that they have no idea why it’s happening. Members are also not charged at all.

Truly an all in one club management system that is easy for members and staff to use. I love that it automatically bills and withdraws payments and the booking feature for members is very helpful.

They are fast to respond, work diligently to solve problems and don't just pay lip service to get back with answer.

In addition, they are unable to provide support for us when needed via the helpline, seemingly due to lack of staffing. Our gym has lost many members due to billing issues with Club Automation.

Initially the customer service felt very personal and the process of switching from our old software was handled very well. I appreciate the regular updates to fix bugs and add features.

THe only good thing compared to ABC FInancial is it is truly web based. Other than that i would go back to ABC tomorrow.

Bugs fixes tend to be somewhat slow with no communication on the progress. We do appreciate the continued updates to improve their product.

There is still no report for p/l's for each class - I have to do that manually which takes quite a bit of time.

Six months of poor customer service, unexpected charges, access issues.

Even in the places that I would like to see improvement, the customer service and support more than overcomes.

Like any software there are things it does not do and occasionally a glitch or two - however, CA is always very quick to fix any issues and always keeps us abreast of the situation.

I have a degree in computer engineering and ran my own software company so I recognize many of the challenges they are going through, but it is an unacceptable customer experience.

We look forward to continuing to work with Club Automation in the future and excited to see what new features they have in the works.

One of the main negative things about Club Automation was the ease of use. As much as it was orgranized and can do many different functions, the navigation through the tools was so much.

Fairly intuitive and easy to learn, lots of options, great support with manuals, videos and help screens. Can customize to a fair extend.

I like the ease of use for members to register for Events,the ability to add discount coupons, and the ability to email to certain groups within  the club or to past event registrants.

I can not think of any negative aspects of the software from my perspective.

The emailing feature is terrible and causes us to use Google Groups to easily contact our members. But that leads to having to maintain a separate list of members, which has proven cumbersome.

They are willing to do anything that is within their scope. Their team is very nice and they do their best.

The help desk is very good. As a point of reference, I have managed similar help desks in Fortune 100 companies.

Excellent functionality. We like the fact that it is adaptive and looks good on all devices.

The last year has been seamless since implementation. Our members love the functionality of it and the ease of use.

THe software is stable, relatively easy to use and has the functionality that are needed for a non-profit organization or club. Overall the tool is a great solution.

And has good web design  features/intial setup support. And support in general is outstanding.

Great Support , easy to use, new features constantly added for free, and it does have a few fee based additional items if you need them. Also Quick-books integration for only $100 one time fee.

The customization options are amazing, and the ability to find members via gps.

Most of the functions of our village are integrated into the software and we love the automatic emails to our volunteers.

What should be simple changes are stuck behind the organization of how the database was structured.

Club Express might be even better for us  if more of our members were enthusiastic about its very sophisticated feature--or even comfortable with them.

We found it to be a good base for a new website for our choir - easy for our singers to use, relatively easy for administrators. The Club Express team has been great to work with.

Both the sales person and the engineer I worked with were very friendly and helpful. My minimal interactions with their support staff have been positive, too.

Your offering has the best value for the money. The customer support is wonderful, second to none.

Integration into payment processing gateways not well integrated.

ANd there are a few processes that just don't make sense. Ie The list of registrants appears or disappears depending on registration option setting which is stupid.

Photos are especially difficult to add to the site. It's just overall a very difficult and frustrating product to use.

We love the ease of set-up of website and various activities. We also like the solid web-base for members.

Billing functions are limited, renewal options are frustrating.

Their manuals and video demonstrations are excellent. There is a lot to cover, but it appears to be well organized and I can get quickly to the topic where I need help.

Club Express is feature rich and will be a great help to our club as I learn more about its modules.

I have no beefs with Club Express, I have good luck with customer support, I like the product and the longer we use it the better it is.

There's no direct access to social media or cloud storage which is a definite negative. Event questions are very limited and do not offer If-Or linking.

Spacing is inflexible, fonts change for no apparent reason -- frustrating. Developers are constantly revising--improving--the software, which can be hard on users.
