### About Club Management System

Club Management System helps users manage dance studios, sports teams, yoga studios, martial art clubs and fitness centers. It generates invoices, processes payments and tracks members. Key features include account relationship management, custom data fields, risk reporting, gallery management and membership analytics.

The financial reporting module tracks expenses, calculates taxes and does financial transactions with auto-payment integration. Attendance reporting provides data on which classes are attracting the most members and which classes are not attracting members.

The attendance manager allows members and staff to check in using mobile devices. It allows users to customize their class schedule and provide weekly class support to members. Invoice management helps users keep track of membership fees and notifies members when payment is due. Token-based invoicing allows members to pay their membership fees without logging into their account.

Integrations include Google Analytics and PayPal. Other features include calendar management, customized sign-in page, barcoding, punch card support and rank management. Pricing is per month.

Pros:

The owner is very helpful and friendly. He quickly replied to my questions and was able to meet our needs as an indoor dog park. He has been very patient with us since we are not familiar with the software end of the business.

Cons:

none. Honestly there is not one thing I liked least about Club Management.

Pros:

I like the notifications that come up when invoices are due and that I can invoice the customer directly and that the program does all of the monetary tracking. I was previously using a manual system. I can add the attendance in if someone forgets to sign in. And now the club calender notifications has been added. A great feature! All the bases are covered. Very good program!
