By far the best software I have used in the fitness game that works for me and my members.

When memberships are set up incorrectly they are difficult to rectify.

I was a bit worried about switching as I had to manually transfer over 100 direct debit customers but within 1 week and I am almost there.

There isn't really anything I don't like,  it does the job we need it to do.

The best investment we made was to link ClubRight to Access Control. I am happy to demo this in our club, should anyone wish to see it.

Ease of use and that it is constantly being improved and new features added.

The inability to ring and speak to someone at Clubright when you have a query about the system.

The integration with Zoom is superb and gave me time to actually concentrate on lesson planning and offering workshops and courses instead of doing Admin.

As a brand new user, I have been impressed with the Clubright System and all it has to offer.

That was my only negative thing about the whole service.

I do struggle to integrate my diary onto my website and whilst this might be something my end.

It is very easy for any of the team to use, and very good for the members to use on the App.

Easy to add/change activities. Chat help function is great and so are the little touches like the Birthday feature on the dashboard.

Ease of use and very easy to navigate through the system.

It’s a super simple user friendly interface that allows us to do everything we had before with a system costing 4 times as much.

A very cost effective membership software solution recommended.

The ease of using it and the fact that it saves me about 20 hours a week from manually booking people in via a paper diary. The customer support is amazing.

Some potential customers get confused if they can attend a just one-off class (PAYG) or need to enrol on a membership plan.

The customer service from Club Right is very good - any queries I have had have been answered very quickly and sorted for me.

I ended up choosing another product, but it wasn't because of any defect in the product. MAOR is both advanced and simple at the same time.

The ease of use, and the customer response time, initially and ongoing as needed. I like the customization options specifically for Martial Arts.

This system is extremely user friendly and it has been a smooth transition from our previous software. Very easy to navigate through all our memberships and features.

Website integration is awesome,  I use square for my business and as far as I know this is the only software that integrates square into there system.

The only one thing I have found that I have had trouble with is when I search for a member if they are frozen their name doesn't come up in the search. I have to go to the frozen tab to find them.

Eran goes out of his way to help and answers quickly. They were also willing to work with us on price which for a small school is greatly appreciated.

I like how easy it is for my students to pre-book their classes, the dashboard is awesome showing me who is attending for the day's sessions, and the emailing system is one of my most liked features.

I dislike not being able to give INDIVIDUAL stripes when a promotion is made. I can put stripes on the color belts, but it shows everyone with the same stripes.

It’s very organized and easy to navigate. I love that our members have access to their own profiles.

Martial Arts on Rails has been one of the greatest decisions we have ever made for our school/business. Don't be like us and wait to get started.

The ability to create a website and easily integrate with a payment gateway was also excellent. Finally, customer support is to notch.

Customer service is great and very responsive which helps for troubleshooting on the fly.

It’s cuts down tons on paperwork and allows the use of a card for recurring monthly payments.

Awesome and Easy to Use Software at a Solid Price Range.

The setup is pretty simple and easily integrates with payment software. The FrontDesk option is a nice feature for allowing students to check in.

The attendance check-in is a bit confusing when you have multiple classes running.

I like the fact that it comes with the website which is very user friendly. It integrates everything you need to operate smoothly.

The beautiful UI and overall feel of the software got us hooked. This software is on par if not better than most big named software out there that we have tried at a fraction of the price.

I have found the support to be great, I always get a quick response. I also like how it is easy for me as an owner to control what kind of access my other gym staff has access to.
