Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Ease of use and extensive support, videos, webinars, etc. Help provided at RI Conference was very good. The customer support was exceptional. They helped solve Facebook integration issue.

  • It is easy to use. Great support. The classy way the website appears reflects well on our club. It accomplishes all we want in our website.

  • Cons

  • Some features are difficult but mostly accessible. Although it is simple to understand, it could be made to be a bit easier to use.

  • Took a while to learn, but not bad. Support team helped me out!

  • Pros

  • Great customer service, great follow, quick replies.

  • It's relatively easy to set-up and use -- and the customer service is second to none!

  • Cons

  • The only negative is that the new version was rolled out before the documentation was ready. But the system is so intuitive that it wasn't an issue.

  • The setup is difficult for me but I can always count on support for assistance
