DataTrak is an awesome tool for easily signing up new clients and keeping tabs on them.

Like, if I do a search and accidentally click on the wrong name, I have to right click and hit back instead of being able to backtrack within the page.

It's okay- i am not sure if there is a better/ faster platform out there but if there was, i would love to try it out.

It could also benefit from a 'makeover' as in all honestly, the visual of the program is not appealing at all.

I refer to Datatrak as the hub and spoke model. Datatrak is the hub and all other solutions integrate / connect and talk to it.

The only time this software is difficult is when you're dealing with reporting.

In comparison to other platforms we have used we have yet to be disappointed in the capabilities of Datatrak.

This software is confusing. There are way too many steps to do in order to perform one task that could be as simple as a click of a button.

The system is very stable, efficient and easy to use for keeping time and piece rate counts.

I like that ABC can integrate with CRM systems since we did not have one with ABC included and had a member portal option available.

It can be very slow and sluggish at times. It can crash when you least need it too and might freeze at times when you're working on things.

They are doing billing and access control at an acceptable level.

I have personally used the datatrak systems for 6 almost 7 years. The system is wonderful and works for the company.

Worst customer service ever. The company completely changed about 6 months after we started using.

We have solved nearly every club management issue with ABC.

At times its difficult to make changes to an account if an invoice is close to being withdrawn. Calling customer service to handle the problem is also difficult.

I like that it is able to hold all of the information from our members for all of our gyms. We have a lot of locations and you are able to locate any member from any location.

Took me less than a day to learn and having a tool that would quickly let me change my schedule was great. Datatrack allowed me to see which of my clients sessions were funded and which werent.

Not to mention their customer service representatives are absolutely wonderful to work with. They are so incredibly helpful and go above and beyond each time.

The interface would sometimes lag behind payments and not tell if a client had funded sessions for a few days which led to some rescheduling when it wasn't actually necessary.

ABC was with us for a long time, so clearly we liked using ABC and found it useful. However, there are several ways to improve the look of it and make it easier for us to use.

Great reporting, Easy to use, Very easy to convert from old system, Minimal headaches, Password changes great for compliance.

Long hold time no solutions to ongoing problems.

Overall, it has been a great experience using DataTrak.

With the busy club environment and wearing many hats ABC's technical and client management team makes the member management tasks easy.

There were A LOT of different functions, which was mostly fantastic. It was also fairly easy to navigate and train new employees on.

Losing members because no one is ever available to help in situations.

As the business has evolved we have been able to configure the software to support our growing offerings.

Although NEON has incorporated some enhancements and improvements to the user experience recently, overall they have been slow to change, and customer support is not very responsive.

NeonCRM has great features for nonprofits, and will be a strong asset for this growing nonprofit to stay organized in the future.

The ease of use in all aspects - donation tracking, fundraising campaign setup and monitoring, reporting, etc. are so much appreciated after working for so long without that ease.

I like Neon's user interface and the ease in which one can learn how to use it. It has great integrations, and I think the event feature is going to be really helpful.

Overall, this is a pretty robust software considering the price. I would recommend it to Non-profits on a tight budget just be prepared for some getting acquainted time.

NeonPay was a disaster, the reporting is horrendous, the fees don't add up, mysterious 'other' charges appear, if you have refunds, they are not properly accounted for.

The account profiles are user friendly and intuitive.

I like the customization feature that it has. The ability of automated emails and files.

Reliable - service is rarely down or unacceptably slow. Interface is relatively easy to use for anyone with good software sensibilities (a simpler view would be helpful for less techy BOD members).

I found the online help resources to be easily accessible and extremely helpful in setting up my initial contacts and configuring my web pages.

I did an indepth analysis of non profit CRM systems and this came out on top. We could not afford anything expensive so the price was right.

Easy to use, lots of functionality for a great price. I love that we will have enhanced opportunities for communications through streamlined newsletters and web experiences.

Some of them being: sent emails tracking, workflows, advanced searches, donation page is great, and having the ability to personalize the system to the user.

We love that Neon is customizable, intuitive and user-friendly. It's everything our small non-profit needs and more.

The Neon forum has good information for finding workarounds when you have issues.

I've used several different CRM programs and I find Neon CRM relatively easy to use and affordable. It is very capable of fulfilling the needs of our organization.

Householding support with regards to donations roll-up is very poor.

When i want to donate this app help me so much, they recommend and suggest where the best to donate.

The inability to email registrants for an event from the event registration page is unfortunate.

The system is easy to navigate and once you get everything dialed in like you want it, it's a great tool.

Read their 'comments' in their support center - eye opening. This is a dishonest company with poor support and a subpar product.

Overall our experience has been positive, and we would recommend Neon. It's a great way to organize our events and ticket sales, as well as track income from those same constituents and more.

All in all, its a great software that is easy to use.
