  • Pros

  • I recommend this software to all of my colleagues because of the ease of use and the self-paced online training that is perfect for on-boarding.
  • I love the user friendly set up and that it's a web based system so I can access it from anywhere. It's easy to navigate and has useful tools to help if I get stuck.
  • Perhaps the best part of Daxko is the shared community experience. Daxko users are very generous with their help, information and process documentation.
  • Cons

  • The software itself does not hold data so it is difficult to look back on metrics a year (or sometimes) a few months later.
  • The layout of the web page was difficult to navigate.
  • It doesn’t allow for many short cuts, or deleting of a product once you have created it.

  • Ease of use, affordable, online payments are possible, widgets are included in the price, support is great, solution oriented people.
  • It is robust and quite intuitive to use. I like the ease with which you can add students to the class.
  • Very easy to use and a wide range of functionality. Support was very helpful with our transition from our old provider, who just could not keep up with our growth and need for more functionality.
  • Cons

  • No waitelist, no automatic BDay wishmail, no possibility to call a client, no possibility to send a message to a whole class.
  • Missing customer log in app for tablets to use at the studio, missing class statistics reports (average customers per week, month...).
  • At least... well hard to say... we need a feature for graduations. That's the only thing missing.
