Recently we had a challenge with logging into Donarius, and the staff helped us greatly to ensure quick resolution, very professional and great to work with.

Very easy to use, good reports, detailed instructions, support help excellent and the price is very affordable.

When you need to add a new donor and have a limited number of envelope numbers, you have to delete an inactive donor.

Customer support is outstanding, and the videos that describe the product have been extremely helpful.

The benefits of this program are great. I can create from the main page individual reports, groups, by amounts, specific time periods, it is a great program.

Donarius is so easy to use and is great value for money.

The software is intuitive, it is easy to get up and going in a short while. The 'help' information is easy to understand.

It does get frustrating at times when I can't get the info I need.

Excellent software - it is kept up to date and improved with each new version.

It is great to have a system that automatically creates receipts. Fine for a small church.

The option to email statements seemed very difficult to use. I tried a few times and found it did not work well.

As a church, we have recently switched to using QuickBooks, and I wish that Donarius would integrate/have a plugin for QuickBooks.

I know some churches like to have them integrated, but we found it annoying that we could not delete members from the rolls easily if they had ever donated. Donarius is perfect for us.

I really appreciate their patience even when I am not sure how to explain what I want. Results have been great.

Some parts are a little awkward to get set up.

Ease of use, number of useful reporting documents, ease of creating tax receipts, ability to customize receipt layout and labels.

Overall, it's a good software for a smaller church and at a great price tag.

At the most reasonable price, ease of use and customer support, our small charity could not ask for a better software than Donarius.

I have used Donarius for over 15 years and am very pleased with it. It is a straight forward program and easy to learn.

My experience with Donarius has been an easy transition to learn and operate and in this day of multiple technologies to learn it has been a delight to use.

The ease of use inside the program made it best for our small church to get donations put into the system.

Donor type section, very confusing. Hard to show the donors spouse and children birthdate and if they are baptized members.

Ability to export reports to Excel to further customize reports or to add notes. Ability to restore and entire backup or just additional data.
