Member data can be entered manually, or collected through custom forms on websites and via emails. Elvanto’s event management module helps users to maintain calendars and keep track of details for multiple events that also includes room reservations. Event calendars can also be embedded on the church website for members to view. Elvanto’s volunteer management module supports volunteer coordination tasks. Coordinators can assign volunteers to positions and alter them if there are scheduling conflicts. Rosters are then automatically generated and sent to volunteers via SMS messages or emails. Cons: On Android phones it takes you to a website and does not function like a true app by letting you give totally on your phone. However, we have not yet had any complaints regarding this. Reasons for choosing Elvanto They have a product that did not charge us a setup/initial fee, and only charges 2.9% + $0.30 per credit/debit transaction, 1% + $0.30 per ACH/bank transaction. You can check people in each week with service. It offers a kids check in. You can plan your worship service. And so much more. Cons: The messaging is not compatible with its partner software tithe.ly. I have messaging on tithe.ly but I can't use it with Elvanto. They are part of the same network but can't be used together.
