When we signed up to Influx we were offered face to face training with one of their team members which was a real bonus, although we didn't end up needing it because setting up our class timetables, coach schedules, and membership lists using the software was so straightforward. Whenever we do have questions however, we always received a very prompt response which is fantastic. With Influx you're getting great value for money. Having the InfluxApp makes it easy for us to check bookings when we're out of the gym, it also lets our members book in from any device, and notifies them if class spaces have become available if they were fully booked earlier in the day. Cons: an App may have been easier for some members with iPhones but we never had any complaints about anything.
