Pros/Cons
Pros
- I have worked with several association membership software platforms and MemberClicks is one of the best. What makes it even better than most is the great technical support staff.
- The customer-service is wonderful. I would recommend this product because of the excellent customer service.
- The customizable forms and automation are extremely useful. I also really love the dashboard - it gives a great overview of the organization/membership.
Cons
- I have been frustrated with the overall experience with MemberClicks.
- The issues that I have are mainly due to my own lack of seeking additional training to use all of the features.
- Inability to customize some financial report features.
Pros
- It's probably the most easy to use platform for task management, the design is great and the overall performance is very good.
- I would recommend new users to join me and others to start using monday.com cause of it's useful friendly interface and great customization in it.
- All I can say is that this app can literally run a business, the ease of using this app. Monday.com is a superb app where you can check for ideas and implement it to the company.
Cons
- They shut down our free trial on us with no notice and we lost all our data for over 2 months. Customer service was horrific and gave us the run around.
- The only downside I have encountered was probably use error, wherein I set up 2 logins by accident.
- It's really difficult to consider anything I loathed in slack. It generally appears to figure, it doesn't have the conveyance issues Teams do.
