  • Pros

  • We love our website and feel like our membership appreciates the look and ease of use on the front end of the site. We appreciate the innovations that Novi continues to do to make our program better.
  • Novi frees up our time to help focus more on growing our membership, and it also has great opportunities to create some non-dues revenue.
  • I love that Novi was built by its users and continues to be. They are constantly making improvements, and I love that customer service is so accessible.
  • Cons

  • Our data coming in was in bad shape so it took longer to get set up.
  • This software has truly cut down on some repetitive tasks I was having to do previously, and now I have more time to get to things I may have not been able to in the past.
  • I enjoy that there are many options on Novi but some can be confusing. Before the last update I was unable to pull up a report of who had joined or dropped.

  • The program is robust for the price point, which is great for a small nonprofit like us. It will save us countless hours with membership and conference/event management.
  • They offer a good overall product for Member Management, Member Communication, and Event Management at a good price. They have many more capabilities that we have not taken advantage of.
  • Out of the box, MemberLeap is a feature rich association management tool. But what gives MemberLeap the distinct advantage is their dedication to improving the product in customer-centric ways.
  • Cons

  • There are a few layers to get through to create designs and some areas can be frustrating when you forget how to do something. We are beginning to create some how to videos to assist with this.
  • There is such a wide variety of reports it is hard to keep track of what each report does.
  • The Admin interface is hard to learn unless you have something specific to do.
