I made an error in the upload info and reached out to the Payzip team - they were on it immediately and supported rectified my error. I really feel like I am in safe hands. The system is super easy to use and it saves me an incredible amount of time in invoicing and chasing payments. Also the payments to the club are automatic and weekly (from Payzip) so I don't need to worry about when we will get paid. It's user friendly and straightforward - and I use it for circa 240 members on a termly basis. I like that it sends reminders, you can add people (new members) to existing invoices (eg for a term), you can edit an existing invoice if you need to, or initiate reminders. It has saved me a huge amount of time in generating invoices and chasing payments. Cons: There wasn't really anything I didn't like - and if there was, I know that I could write to the person I deal with at Payzip and they would take a look at whether it was viable.
