With registration and email communication built in, you have an all-in-one system that saves both money and time by not having to use multiple platforms. Cons: I would like to see more tutorials made available so I don't have to reach out to tech support because I can't find what I'm looking for. Changes can be frustrating without knowledge of coding. Response time seems to be a little longer than when we first started using. The software is definitely not intuitive--you do have to read or listen to instructions in order to accomplish things within the site. Finding answers to "how to" questions is also not intuitive or easy...unless you work on it every day or have someone that just works the web site, it is difficult. In my case, the organization that uses it, is only a volunteer gig....so finding time to work on it is challenging.
